It seems that this overwrote a driver. I had a panic when I was not experiencing what I expected.
After contacting the excellent ADMI/AWD-IT support and their prompt replies. I calmed down, did a little trouble shooting (forget Microsoft troubleshooters) more headaches and frustration than help. It couldn’t find anything of use.
In decided to re-install all the chipset drivers and .net framework 7, not sure it was related but It was needed for other installs too(it covers previous versions).
Instant cure..everything working perfect.
Anybody knocking ADMI support or service must be either rude or not following advice. They are like a friend.

Ps. My motherboard is the b450m S2H not the 320 in the description. They also have the B450m DS3H. My power supply is 500w and came with WiFi dongle. All the boxes and a spare sata cable.

Great PC but some issues with customer support after changing motherboard they gave me a new windows key after several messages and bad reviews. Will update to see if the key works.

Got this a few days ago – a good price in the razor thin box shifter market, a couple of issues but simple to fix:
* USB mice would not work after reboot until they were unplugged and replugged in. – This was a BIOS setup problem for ECHI/Legacy USB support that the options were incorrectly set. Changed to the correct settings and all is well.
* Incorrect XMP profiles – XMP profiles were disabled, so the 3000MHz RAM was actually only running at 2666MHz – another simple whereby going into the BIOS and sorting out the settings corrected the problem.
These 2 issues should have been spotted before the box was shipped out. Therefore when you get yours check it carefully to see if it has been correctly setup.

and cable mangement is such a mess you cant even begin to fix it yourself. this is the second pc i bought from this company and both have been faulty, TERRIBLE COMPANY. i genuienly cannot believe this is amazons choice for gaming pcs. another thing is they will purposely add little stock every time they need to restock, because then it will say ‘only 5 left in stock’ to get customers to panic buy basically

AMD Wraith Prism CPU cooler. also changed some settings with Ryzen master software to get the temperatures of the CPU down

Its been a excellent PC and still is, never needed to speak with the company because its never set a foot wrong. Only thing iv had to do was put some different parts in and clean it every 6 months or so. 10/10

Highly reccomend this PC for anyone looking for a work station that can be used for gaming. The PC arrived well packaged.
The packaging also contains the retail boxes of the graphics card (Zotac GTX 1060 6gb) and the motherboard (Gigabyte b450m) which are installed into the PC. I found this to be helpful in identifying the components. The CPU is a 3.6ghz (4.2ghz maybe if overclocked) Ryzen 5 3600 which is plenty powerful. Finally the build and finish is excellent with neat cable management, beautiful remote controlled RGB fans, numerous USB 3.0 ports and a pre installed wifi dongle.
You can play most games at a minimum of 60fps with high settings. And the CPU temperatures remain within a good range.
I would reccomend purchasing an external drive as the 240gb ssd will run short after installing a few triple A games which is to be expected with game sizes averaging 40-60gb each.
Great buy 9.5/10 for the price.

Well it’s time for a good / bad sandwich! NO MAJOR PROBLEMS!
Good: It’s very attractive if a little distracting
Bad: In the Pre sales set up the hdd had not been allocated a drive letter so it seemed there was no hdd on it! Took a few minutes to sort it out. It’s something I feel should have been picked up on.
Good: Did I mention how pretty it is? The graphics on this model are something I’m not used to and I’ve had to down tune graphics settings on game. It’s soo Quiet!
All in all a great pc!

Ordered it on the morning of Monday, received it the next day morning, however, turns out that the graphics card inside is faulty for some reasons, I called the customer service, they offered me a replacement of the graphics card, the customer service is kinda good, now just waiting for the new graphics card to arrive, will update it once I’ve got it.
I guess I’m just kinda unlucky 🙁
Update: the graphics card got replaced really fast within a few days, at the start I was worried about the overall quality as it’s a pre-built pc, but I was shocked after replacement, everything works perfectly fine, the performance is really powerful, bought the pc for my work and it did everything I need it to do. Customer service is really nice, fast responding. The price is not expensive for this level of pc, overall 10 out of 10 for everything.
