After purchasing a similar system that came with cheap nasty 3rd party accessories recently (that I returned as was utter junk) It was so nice when this arrived with a genuine Apple keyboard and a great mouse.
There is not a mark on the system and looks and feels like new all round. The system is 100% stable and works soooo sweet 🙂

Possibly like many I deliberated for some time before buying a renewed machine. The one I purchased was from Hardware Associates. I don’t normally write reviews, but given the ‘renewed’ aspect, and the fact that this is still a lot of money, whatever the cost of the new item, I thought I’d share some thoughts . . .
My machine arrived virtually next day and was very well packaged. The box said ‘documents enclosed’ and there weren’t any – so I need to follow that up, but that’s a minor issue. The box is literally the PC, a power cable and a box containing keyboard and mouse. There were no set up instructions at all – not sure if I should have had them or not, and so it was with some trepidation that I began to switch things on and set up. Like many, I use IT a lot, but have very limited tech knowledge.
The computer looks immaculate, and was safely packaged. All switched on OK. I had some difficulty with the mouse and keyboard as the bluetooth dongle (?) that fits Into the computer’s…

I raised an issue with IT Trades the supplier and was phoned back by a nice Chap called (I Think Sam or Scott)
The telephone rep agreed with my concerns and said he would sort ift with a credit note or partial refund — That was a WEEK ago – since then NOWT
A further blemish has appeared on the screen and I am becoming concerned about the propriety of this suppler.
My Initial message
….I was just a little concerned by two, thumb like. Blemishes on the screen. Had a good telephone chat with supplier who, agreed the screen blemishes should not have been there and a compensation was offered. Now all they need to do is to function their offer and we will be all good. Me…. waiting for development

To say this was a renewed iMac it hadn’t a mark on it. Plugged in and configured my settings and it works like a new machine. I got 18months warranty with it by registering with the company through their Amazon shop. I highly recommend this and at a great price.

Tricky one this. The actual iMac is good (so far), which I’m taking as a positive (mainly as it’s the major part of the purchase). However, the accompanying Bluetooth Keyboard has just died (after about 4 weeks), have tried to contact the seller, but alas no reply. I don’t think I was expecting too much, but it’s not ideal. Will leave this message here and see if there’s any response. But don’t let my faulty keyboard (and very plasticy and cheap mouse) put you off as these are relatively minor annoyances.
