I have been suffering for months and months with the sides of my mouth being cracked and never healing. After a couple of days of taking these the cracks have completely healed and not come back I didnโt expect this result as I bought them for my hair but Iโm so pleased. Usually I use sugar bear hair but these are actually much better and cheaper. I dye my hair and since taking these my roots start showing through within about 2 weeks, so they’re obviously doing the trick as I can usually go 5 – 6 weeks before i need to re-colour. Will buy these again.

I have been taking these for 3 weeks now. I havent been taking the recommended 2x a day, but just 1x a day as the glucose/syrup content didn’t sit right with me.
I havent noticed a change in my skin, as I have changed my skincare routine so can’t pin point my skin down to these.
My hair however, has felt different. Might be coincidence but I have to dye my roots every 3 weeks but coming up to the 3 week mark and I havent got noticible roots yet… wouldn’t say its down to these gummies exactly and might be a coincidence but my hair seems different for sure.

This supplement used to be shaped like blue bears, and they were amazing, absolutely AMAZING, you could see a difference after 4 weeks.
I bought a whole load for my friends and family only to realise after purchase that they have significantly changed the supplement and now not only are there different levels of supplements/ingredients but the taste is abysmal and itโs more expensive!
The gummies taste like sugar acid (with a lingering after taste).
Very disappointed, was my favourite product. Will endure the taste of the ones already purchased. Waiting to see if they still work and may possibly re review, for the time being am on the lookout for a better product thatโs matched the last one that they decided to change.

i mean, its summer coming, the cold is gone, the body seems to generate more good cells, i found a hair dye that i like or a mindset has become positive, but one thing for sure is that these gummies taste amazing!!!
but to be honest, my hair seems to grow a bit faster, has more shine to it, and noticed that the skin is a bit smoother. but again this happens when the summer come (atleast for me)
