I must have tried about 20 different brands of litter over the years from the cheap ones to the mega expensive ones and non of them do everything I want, this one is by far the best one Iโve tried, it brilliant for smells as well we have one kitten using it at present but weโre moving house in a few weeks so the other cats are going to be using it as well. Itโs easy to scoop out it sort of goes like a Dough when itโs wet and The smell sort of reminds me of play dough. It seems to last for ages as well. My only thing is the mess it make Iโm always sweeping it up because itโs tiny bits it gets stuck in the kittens paws and then he walks it everywhere but for everything else that it does Iโll take abit of mess. Also get it on the subscription so itโs abit cheaper and I donโt have to remember to order it

This is definitely the best clumping litter I have ever used. In fact, it is so good that it fuses TO THE LITTER BOX. Which makes it SO hard to remove that I basically had to wash the cat litter box every week when I was using this, as it would just NOT come off!
I’d suggest mixing it with any other silica/cat litter of your choice, as that makes it much easier to remove without leaving stains on the sides and bottom of the cat litter box (and without breaking your scoop if it’s plastic like mine was). Oh and the Great Cat Lord forbid if your cats love peeing in the curved corners on the sides of the litter box (like mine do). It then becomes nigh impossible to scoop it up because it solidifies into one, rock-hard mass.
So in total, it’s definitely the best clumping litter on the market. The downside is that it’s too good at clumping!

Definitely the freshest smelling cat litter weโve had ! Has a piney sort of scent and even when itโs been used it somehow still keeps that scent ! Easy to remove mess due to clumping too , wouldnโt buy anything else now itโs definitely worth the money ๐๐ป

I really donโt understand the good reviews this is the worst cat litter Iโve ever tried, there is no odour control if anything it seems to make the smells worse. It is ridiculously hard to clean as it goes like concrete it turns Into a nasty clay type substance , also very expensive compared to others

If i could give it less than one star, i would. I have 1 kitten and in 3 days, we have gone through 1 1/2 bags of it. I am so thoroughly disgusted and let down by catsan. I saw the clumping and its rating, thinking it was good. And yet, odour control is non existant. It clumps well, thats all it does. And for the price of it and the “quality” doesnt justify the price.

I absolutely love this cat litter, I usually mix it with a larger pellet clumping litter as I find the mixture works wonders for my 2 picky cats. Unlike some clumping litter this has never got stuck to the bottom of the litter tray, and when it absorbs liquid it turns into an almost rubber like consistency that holds together extremely well. Unfortunately the quality control seems a bit lax as in the pictures my last bag came with some unwanted guests, which we didnโt notice until we went to clean the litter tray I the morning. There were hundreds of small red beetles inside it which managed to get everywhere in my kitchen. Had to throw it all out and spend a few hours cleaning and bug hunting. Iโll still definitely buy this again in the future as it is such good product, but Iโll be very closely inspecting the litter before I use it and Iโd suggest anyone who purchases it does the same.

This review is for the Natural Biodegradable Catsan. Iโve been using Catsan for awhile and itโs been really good so I thought I would try the biodegradable version.
In terms of scent itโs the best litter Iโve ever used, you cannot smell a thing with it. However, this is its only good point. When it gets wet it turns into a slop, like tapioca consistency. Itโs awful! Itโs so difficult to clean out, it stuck to the scoop and I had to keep scrubbing it clean. It seems the only way to not have to scoop it out is to just empty out the entire thing every day, but at ยฃ20 a bag it is very expensive!
Also after the cat has used it once he wonโt use it again, canโt blame him really, he is getting pee pudding all over his paws. So heโs taken to peeing round the house ๐ so I will not be buying this again. It was so expensive too, not very pleased!

AVOID this product. Yes, it may be natural but what it doesnโt tell you is that the litter when used, it will transform into a thick disgusting cement like crust, while the underneath is a like a thick, pee-scented glue that takes quite a bit of effort to remove. It was disgusting. I donโt mind cleaning out the cat litter, but I seriously considered buying a new litter box, rather than scrape the vile mixture out. Back using the normal Catsan now. Iโm sure the natural litter has its uses, but letting cats pee and poo in it, should not be one of them.
