  • 370m³/h Strong Extraction: It’s well enough for absorbing grease, dust and dirty smoke during your cooking hours despite the way you cook. Make cooking more enjoyable.
  • Energy Class A & Low-Noise: The CIARRA cooker hood with high suction power works with less power needed (70W). You can save more energy and it is more environmental friendly. The low noise level at 63dB(A) does not make it annoying.
  • Re-circulation Mode(Carbon Filters Included): The carbon filters CBCF002X2(ASIN:B078WLY5KL), which is included in the package, keep you away from smoke and grease of cooking even if you don’t have an access to the outside. The filters should be changed within 2-4 months depending on the frequency of cooking.
  • Extraction Mode: With a ducting pipe in the package, you can use the cooker hood in the most traditional way, that is to extract the grease outside. Keep the air in your kitchen clean and fresh and make cooking more enjoyable.
  • Simple Installation & Control: Push buttons to control 3 speeds and the LED light. Also we have a instruction manual full of details and a video to teach how to install, there is no need to worry. FAST DPD DELIVERY IN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS.

Wanted to get rid of my old cooker hood for ages as it is getting noisier. It took good 2 hours to removed my current cooker hood and installed this new one. It can be done under1 hour if i read the instruction/following the steps given carefully. All you need is a good planning, a drill, hammer, pencil, screw driver and also patient. The cooker hood itself is not heavy so very easily to lift up to hook on the panel. However, the cable is a bit “short” so you need to plan it carefully on this.

The cooker hood noise level is good. Exceed my expectation. Haven’t cook heavily as i just installed this less than 24 hrs ago so unable to comments on the power. But it looks good to me and fit my budget!

The instruction on the video is very clear. Highly recommend to people who doesn’t want to spend a lot of money to get handyman to install. Trust me, it is easy to change a cooker hood!

This was a real pain to install. Instructions were a little confusing. It’s not very powerful and I find most of what should be extracted actually sticks to the outside. It gets very dirty very quickly on the outside. It could be that it’s faulty but after the palaver putting it up, it’s staying there.

This hood was a replacement for an existing hood where the fan had failed. This hood was cheaper to buy than to replace the failed fan . . . The hood was relativeley easy to install, the template was very useful. The components were a bit fiddly to put together at the end on the ‘chimney’ but eventually managed. The most difficult part was taking the plastic protection off. It was stuck well and came of in ‘bits’ so did take a while to remove. The fan is not as quiet once attached to the ducted outlet hose, it expands and contracts and does make a bit of noise. The suction seems effective, time will tell . . . . overall a solid 4 out of 5 for the price.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.

It came well packaged etc. Install was ok. On about the third use a terrible noise started (see video). I have logged this with Amazon, who state it should “go away”. We shall see. Be aware. I also purchased the filters which should easily clip on. One side does but on the other side I have had to remove the outer ring of the filter because it does not fit. I have asked the questions but the supplier never got back to me.

We opted to have the unit recirculate with carbon filter installed as it would be very tedious and difficult to install vents in our kitchen. The unit operates great and it built sturdy however it lacks in its main purpose, to extract vapours and fumes. I tested the extraction power by boiling water and checking how close i needed to bring the pot of steaming water till i can the steam enter the extractor fan. A distance if 20cm would show adequate extraction at max setting. After about a month of use there is still oil droplets settling around the kitchen and even on top of the unit. This thing does nothing but make noise.

Overall I am extremely disappointed in the unit and would advise you to look elsewhere or at least be prepared to return the unit back.

You can’t go wrong with this hood.
    It ticks all the boxes.
We cut the plug and wired it into the mains always check with an electrician to be safe we then attached it to the outside. It does come with a filter to put over the fan if you don’t have a duct like we do.
The light at the back which you can see in the picture is a nice little touch as well.
I like writing honest reviews and hope you like it too!
