Seems to provide a lot of power and flexibility (we don’t use it for gaming). Set up ok but no manual or guide even though dispatch list had one ticked! Start up and running all seem fast compared with our previous, rather aging system and the SSD means it runs much quieter.
Missed out on adding a graphics card due to confusion – not sure we need one as not used for video editing as yet. Initially my fault for ringing a telephone number in the Q&As but the tech support who answered confirmed I had the right company. He said to place order and then send email to sales and gave me address. Sales sent back saying “wrong company”. When I sent to correct company, they said “too late”, order already prepared!! They could send one separately, but then I would have to fit it.

Very impressed with this PC. Tried to upgrade an HP i5 to i7 some time ago and couldn’t get much improvement to performance, but this i7 is like night and day. Very fast, and very quiet. The SSD drive is of course silent in operation, but the HDD is also very quiet, as is the fan. I guess that is because of a good match of motherboard and components.
The case looks fine – all in good order aesthetically. If you want to add video cards etc. I’d suggest one of the larger form cases, but all my peripherals are USB connections, and this unit is well stocked with USB 2 and USB 3 connections, so the compact form is better for me.
The listing says it comes with a new Dell keyboard. Mine came with a new boxed keyboard and mouse, but it wasn’t a Dell make – just your typical off the shelf keyboard. Functional but nothing special.
One issue I did have was with the wireless dongle. After a few days internet started dropping out intermittently before failing altogether. I couldn’t be sure what…

My box arrived yesterday via DPD. It looks like it’s from a company called Veno-Scorp.
There’s a booklet with “read this first” in the box with a bonus wireless USB dongle sellotaped on the back.
Plugged it into a VGA monitor and updated Windows.
All looking good with advertised specs. Screen shots attached.
A couple of minor scuff marks on the side of the unit and a small dent on front.
DVD/RW drive works OK as do all the USB ports.
Came with 2 non-standard app shortcuts on the desktop for Bullguard Security and Teamviewer.
Reinstalled Windows to get a fresh system.
Very happy with this purchase. If there’s any problems I will update this review.

I am absolutely delighted with this purchase. Like many other customers, I read reviews about this PC and browsed for weeks before I made the purchase. I can categorically say that I am absolutely delighted with the PC. I opted for 32GB ram and the PC is very fast. The supplied Wi-Fi dongle is faultless. I cannot fault this PC in any way. I have waited for four weeks before writing this review just to see if any faults would develop. I have found none!. If like me, you have been undecided about which PC to purchase, then stop and just buy this one. It has worked well for me and I highly recommend it. I used Amazon prime and it arrived the next day.

Seperately bought the Dell S2319H 23 Inch IPS Monitor.
I am an IT Engineer, so can be a bit critical. Initially had my concerns with reports of some suppliers, but have to say, this Dell 9020 from First Click Solutions is excellent. Some time ago, I had a Dell 790 from Refurb IT MCR which came looking and working like it was absolutely brand new, inside and out and makes a brilliant general purpose PC. This Dell 9020 from First Click Solutions is exactly the same in ‘As New’ condition, working and physical.
This is a pretty fast machine and although not quite matching the speed of my same Spec Apple iMac, nevertheless, is very good with the SSD Boot System Drive. That’s Windows for you and never will match a Mac.
First Click Solutions appear to know what they are doing. The Dell’s can be set up for 3 Sata’s, moving the 1TB Drive Sata up one…
