Having taken Evening Primrose since I was 11 (I’m now 36!) I have tried all the different brands from the cheap supermarket to the well known popular but pricey ones and have had mixed success with all of them. So having discovered Nutravita, trialing some of their other vitamins and supplements when I saw they had launched their own evening primrose it was a no brainier as I have been impressed and reaped the benefit of their other products, it is early days with this supplement, as I already take a decent quality EPO I don’t think I will notice much of a change in the benefits – but switching to a brand I trust, for its ethos and product development research I am hoping that long term I will see a further improvement – even if it is subtle.
The price of the EPO is really good and the size of the tablet is perfect – some are like horse pills – so I think I might even be able to convince my niece who has started to need EPO to balance her hormones to give this a try, as currently…
