If your’re looking for value for money then this Felix As Good As It Looks is purrrrfect!!

We prefer this Felix cat food to the original normal Felix cat food. This food seems to have more quality to it. When its on offer then it works out cheaper than buying the 12 packs but we don’t care how much it costs as our servant buys it.

You also get a free cat toy in the form of the empty box and if Amazon are kind enough to dispatch this in one of their own outer boxes then we are over the moon.

We would recommend the food and boxes.

VILE. I have four cats who used to like the previous recipe. This ‘new’ version looks and smells awful. A hint of sausage spice? Even the fish varieties now get left in the bowl. The cats try a nibble then walk away. All four of them, even when they are hungry.

Please Purina sort this out. I have read countless other negative reviews and the common theme is that cats won’t eat this new recipe. You can tart-up the pouch and box design all you like, but in this case the quality and nutrition of the contents have sunk very low. I won’t be buying any more of this revolting MUSH. I’ve tried for weeks now to justify buying this terrible cat food as I bought in quantity but the poor strays will end up getting this stinky garbage. WHAT A LET DOWN.

This is pretty much the only wet food that my cats will consistently eat, rarely leaving any in their bowls. Now that they are 8 and 10, they are on the Senior variety, but it was the same with the standard AGAIL product as well. It might be a little more expensive, but there’s less wastage, so I am sure that it works out to be the best vfm.

After buying these for my two cats and one day having no food left in my cupboard I decided that the only thing to do was to feast on these Felix pouches myself, I was pleasantly surprised how meatishly moreish these were as my on looking cats scowled at me next to their fly ridden empty bowls. I couldn’t stop there, I smashed the whole box into my mouth, squeeling with schoolgirl enthusiasm at my new found delight. A cheaper alternative to my Aldi weekly shop.

Felix for some reason has changed its recipe, first of all the chunks are huge! I had to chop them up for my cats, secondly their poos smell vile, I went on to felix because I had lost my job so money is tight but I feel to guilty about it so have put them back on to Meowing Heads, fixed formula and british high quality meat, the litter tray is no longer smelling like a london sewer. Hopefully my babies will forgive me in time .

My older cat loves these. He is a big cat that loves hunting and has been looking a big skinny on biscuits only. I bought these as I know he likes his meat. I donโ€™t know what the difference is between these and the regular ones as they look the same. My cat has been over grooming himself due to stress of other cats in the area but In the 40 days my cat has been on them he has put on a decent amount of weight and looks a lot more healthy. Heโ€™s obviously not use to the extra weight as I donโ€™t seem to get as many dead animals as presents probably as they are all too quick.

We all know this is far from the best thing you can feed your cat. However, when you have a 9yo rescue animal that turns his nose up at prime steak, but will have your arm off for a slice of cheap pepperoni – what can you do?

Now he’s getting on a bit, he struggled with the bigger chunks. He had 3 large teeth removed due to fights (that costs ยฃ1000 a time, and isn’t covered by many insurance policies). To be fair, the senior stuff is perfect for older cats and he loves it.

We’ve tried all the premium brands, he’s not interested – so we end up back here every time. Thanks felix.

My cats always eat Felix As Good As It Looks and I usually buy it from a supermarket. But I was tempted by the Amazon price and convenience so I bought two boxes.
As soon as I opened the first box from Amazon and started feeding it one cat went off its food and the other was sick everywhere – literally! After three meals from the Amazon delivery and a lot of clearing up messes, I bought a box of Felix AGAIL Senior from the local store and they started eating normally and stopped throwing up.
You work it out – it can only be the Amazon product so take my advice and don’t try it.
To be fair Amazon have given me a full refund and don’t want the product returned but what a waste as over 70 sachets are being thrown out – I wouldn’t even give it to the local cat sanctuary!
