With a family of 5 and 3 teenagers, we need to wash a lot of clothes. Luckily most of the time they aren’t too dirty. However, it is the load size that is important and with this Hoover 12kg load it definitely makes washing much more effective. Normally on a Monday I have to do 2 washes but now I can manage with just one large wash. The washing machine is simply to program. It has all the wash programs that you would ever need. It washes quietly and the end result is nice clean clothes. I slightly regret not getting the 14 kg size now!

Spin is very loud but it is good washer

So far so good. The most difficult thing to do was unwrap it, although we did struggle with adding the cardboard that goes underneath, after both struggling to understand which way around and how to align it we gave up! The washer itself is easy to install yourself, just unwrap, remove the stabilising bolts in the back, attach the water hose, water outlet and plug it in, then you’re ready to go. The app is easy to install, and you can customise your wash using it. My husband even said it’s man proof as there’s a guide to what all the icons on clothing labels actually means. The app even links into the local weather and asks if you’re sure you want to go ahead with your wash if it’s due to rain! The door for loading is huge, making it much easier to load in your washing, and the handle is at a nice angle too. The 800rpm spin which was surprisingly quiet, the 1400 spin leaves your washing almost dry!
A nice feature is that the detergent draw opens automatically at then end of a wash

Bought this for holiday let white bedding / towels. Have used quite a few times and Iโm very pleased with it.

Machine brilliant, seller comucaion great,Arrow xl ( delivery company not to great as lost the machine,had to find it never phoned back when said,had to get the seller into end to chase them up as well)
