Only time can tell in terms of longevity, but this machine is so easy to use even our teens can manage it! It does a regular wash far quicker than our old machine.
I think those reviews that have mentioned noise are overstating the issue. It was very quiet to start with, then did start to have a little motor whine. But that settled down and itโs reasonably quiet again. Perhaps just needs a little time for components to bed-in?

the product itself is fine and works well , but when it was delivered the technicians found that the casing was damaged, they said they could take it back to the depot but I had taken time off work and was keen to have it installed. It is working well but can I have a refund for the damaged casing. The technicians took a photograph of it for your records

First one turned up damaged!! Had to wait another week for a replacement. Next one arrives with ยฃ21 fitting and removal of old one. Delivery guys plumb it in left the bung in the hose so no water could get through to the washing machine. Not happy with the service at all. I had to wait for my husband to come home to work out what the problem was. Note to self just let delivery people deliver it’s what they do. They are not washing machine savvy, or at least these two weren’t. I wouldn’t waste my money again on fitting for sure…useless

The machine seems to work fine, no noisier than my old one might be a bit quieter. Haven’t been able to get the Hoover Wizard app working yet. I will keep trying. However, the delivery and installation were a bit of a to-do. I paid for a delivery time slot, remove and take away the old machine, unpack and install the new machine and take away packing.
The guys arrived on time, and seemed very pleasant. They were going to take away old machine and as I noticed that a hose from the old washing machine went behind a shelf in a cupboard, I emptied the cupboard and removed the top shelf, thinking to make it easier for them. However, they told me they couldn’t get to the stop tap to turn off the water. supply. They said they couldn’t remove the bottom shelf as my countertop would fall and it was beyond their remit to do it. So they brought my new machine in and left it unpacked in my living room and left. I arranged for someone else to come but my neighbour and I removed the bottom shelf…

This washing machine is a dream to use. It holds so much. It’s also quiet and I can use it early in the morning without disturbing anyone. Highly recommend especially if you have a large family

Lots of choice on programs and so easy to understand.
Love the fact can customise to suit your own individual needs.
14min on 20 degrees cycle is fantastic for lightly soiled clothes.
30mins on 30 degrees covers most other wash’s.
You can hold a conversation even when machine is on maximum spin.
Just make sure travel bolts are removed and leg adjustments are tightened up once level and you can then enjoy this excellent washine machine with it’s extreamly simple controls.
Has a filter in the lower corner at the front which is easy accessable.
draw for washing liquids and softner is easy to remove and clean.
Has it’s own cleaning cycle which you can add a cleaning product too, Such as Calgon.
10kg load or 5kg load with towels ect on max spin makes No more noise than 2.5kg wash.
Although it states its a A+++ it’s NOT, instead it’s E.
But over time you can see it hardly use’s any more energy.
My last washine machine was a Indeset and its fast cycle was 30mins,

As you can see by the photo the numbers are not showing as complete, so a little disappointed with this not sure if anything can be done to this as in warranty.
