This product was advertised as energy rating A+++, but when it arrived, it was energy rating D. Not acceptable.
Update:- turns out the registrations changed, and the old A+++ is now a D.

I had to replace my old washer which I have had for over 10 years (washed rugby and football kits, family washes etc). I was looking for a good replacement which would last as long if not longer. A family member had a similar model (unavailable to buy now) and this model was exactly the same except its top spin cycle is 1500 rather than 1400. It is stylish, easy to use, has a variety of wash cycles, but I tend to stick to one main one for most of my washes (Mixed, 1hr 57mins). Does a good wash, is quiet on its spin cycles, and the 9kg drum holds a full bedding wash (previous one needed 2 washes). Really, really pleased with this model.

Brilliant super fast service from Crampton and Moore and the logistics company they use are super helpful and kept me fully updated about delivery. No household can be without a washing machine for long.
And washing machine was easy to connect and works like a washing machine should

This machine was bought new been in house a week it has started to spark in the drum while spinning I am so annoyed we had to live very tight to get this as I am on disability and my husband minimum wage and now I cannot seem to contact the seller I’m so devastated as no we have to go through all this hell again so basically 310 pounds out and now need to do it again as we are rural so no repair men. Please do not buy this machine anyone.

Absolute peace of rubbish 7 weeks old and break’s it’s so bad the second I turn the power on it blows the fuse and trip’s the electrics… I have no confidence in this product now and contacting
Cramptonandmoore.co.uk for a refund and told I have to go through hoover to get it fixed before they were consider it.it was a manufacturing fault.. STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND of Crampton and moore I’m now looking at going to trading standards as the item is not fit for purpose

Fitted by the engineers and works a treat. Great machine lots of shorter programs so ideal if looking to save time on washes. Or using frequently. Looks nice

Absolutely disgusted with the delivery of this washing machine. I ordered this for my daughter who is pregnant and has a toddler. 1. I left an instruction for them to call her before arrival, which they never did. 2. They banged on the window, woke the toddler up and set her dog off barking. 3. I paid extra for it to be installed but that didn’t happen because the old one was still in place. 4. There were no instructions to the latter when I purchased the install. 5. The old washer is now on the back garden! Apparently I will be refunded for the install, but what she wants is the old machine taking away! #livid! This machine better work miracles!

I bought this machine about 2 weeks ago I find it noisy when spinning and throughout the cycle not enough options for a quick wash if I know then what I know now I would not of bought this !!!!!!
