I bought this for my son for use while at college. (As I didn’t want him taking his £800 laptop) & this was an excellent cheaper option.. especially as it included 1 year personal MS Office 365 in the purchase price. THIS IS NOT THE CASE.
Having spoken to Amazon about this they referred me to HP .. I have then spoken to HP & they’ve referred me to Amazon. Now all Amazon have done is offered a replacement or refund. I ordered a replacement in the hope that there may be a code somewhere in the packaging but surprise surprise ‘No Code’.. I have now got to return 1 laptop & pay another £52 for a yearly licence as my son needs it to do his college assignments while at college..

When a product is listed as having “Office 365 Personal Included (1 year subscription), then we would all assume that “Included” means INCLUDED. Included in the price. My jaw hung as the software informed me that it would expire in 5 days time – presumably meaning I would have to pay for the 1 year subscription if I wanted Microsoft Office 365. It was a key element of my making this particular purchase. Sorry, Amazon – I’m a regular and longtime customer and I know that false descriptions are not your style. This just wasn’t good enough!

Fab little machine, as in pictures and come with every thing the list says it has, office all set up for the year, apps installed such an easy set up I’ve ordered 2 of these one for my boy in college one for a our business can’t fault them

This Laptop is really slow, watching Netflix and videos at all is really painful as keep cutting… but you got what you have paid for… not happy at all with this one !!

Despite the item description on Amazon saying that 1 years subscription was included, and the packaging also saying this, THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE 1 YEARS SUBSCRIPTION to Microsoft Office 365. I have wasted hours trying to get this resolved having been passed between Amazon and HP. All Amazon have offered is a return to have it repaired, yet the item is not faulty! Misleading product information from Amazon. The inclusion of the subscription was influential in my choice of laptop.

I bought this to play The Sims but it is useless for this. Not enough memory, my fault for not checking. But it is incredibly slow. And will not load or play the simple games on FaceBook. It is light and compact but not what I wanted or needed.
