Has a whole host options but it’s not too straightforward to switch between cooking methods. Don’t really like the colour either.

We like this ninja foodi max, but it does take a bit of getting used to. There doesn’t seem to be any decent cook books to buy for it either. We’ve found the best thing to do is find recipes, or “how to” info on the Internet.Ve also found that if you put food directly onto the shelves, you must remember to spray them with oil or butter first, otherwise they are difficult to clean, mainly round the handles.Apart from that, we love it. Still learning, but we’ll get there in the end.

Whilst Iโ€™m sure most folk here think this gadget is the bees knees but Iโ€™m afraid I donโ€™t! I already have its younger brother – the Foodi 9 in 1 – and to my mind, my existing cooker is better. The smart lid on this new machine is not weighted very well so itโ€™s quite easy to move the machine and for the lid to shut on your hands! Imagine if youโ€™ve just been using the crisper/air fry option and this happened, OUCH!! Also, a bit of plastic came off when I unpacked it – a tiny piece and I couldnโ€™t see where it came from.It is quieter than my 9 in 1 but if the rest doesnโ€™t do anything more than my current machine, thereโ€™s little point in keeping it. I think for me I prefer the two separate lids – safer, albeit that it takes up more room though it should be easy enough to find a suitable space in a cupboard or drawer! I fear I will have to return this to Amazon! Also, the box was damaged on receipt of it.

Itโ€™s still early days for me with the Ninja 15 in 1 but so far itโ€™s been quite a good cooker . It cleans up very easily and seems to be ( apart from the frying basket stand ) robust and well made .I donโ€™t find the 15 in 1 intuitive to use however and Iโ€™m always looking in the manual for the best ways to cook an item but as Iโ€™ve said Iโ€™ve not long had it so Iโ€™m sure that will come in time .I do recommend the cooker just be a little patient as you learn to use it .

ย I debated for quite a while as to choose the 11in1 or the 15in1 in the end I went for the 11in1. My reasoning was logical for me. I live alone so the larger one is probably too big, the probe? Iโ€™ve been cooking for many years now and have never used a probe and managed very well without, plus Iโ€™d watched video reviews where some said it was unreliable. The extra programs 4 of them I think I can live without. Plus the 15in1 is even heavier. The first task was the water test you put 700mls of water in the main pot on high pressure for 2 minutes, the machine took around 10 minutes to come to pressure before the timer counts down, very silent using this mode.I then used the Combi-steam mode to cook a 1.7 kilo chicken for 40 minutes at 180 degrees, again around 10 minutes to come to temperature, all I did was put 250 mls of water in the main pot with 2 slices of lemon, I oiled the chicken and added salt and pepper, donโ€™t forget to truss the legs to keep them in position and placed it in the crisper basket then in the main pot on top of the water. Came out perfect. The machine does make a noise but itโ€™s in the kitchen so Iโ€™m not bothered. I immediately put the crisper basket in soapy water and put hot soapy water in the main cooking pot to soak after it had finished cooking, easy to clean after that. Some people have commented that this is difficult to use, I respectively disagree. It seems very straightforward to me. I will use more functions as I go along. With the current energy crisis happening that was my reason for buying this. Things to consider if your countertops have cupboards all round and you have no free countertop areas that might be difficult as not only is this very heavy at around 23ibs/10plus kilos so pulling this forward to open the lid might be a bit precarious. And the lid wonโ€™t open under cupboards. So far this seems like a good buy, itโ€™s a considered purchase but I was Lucky to see it when Amazon had reduced the price, even so it still costly. Iโ€™m hoping that I will save on the electric bills. Iโ€™ve noticed these machines have become very popular of late I can understand why. This does come with a quick start guide, a full instruction manual and a fairly comprehensive cookbook, there are plenty of instructions/guides as to cooking times and temperature for a wide variety of foods for each setting. If I have one complaint itโ€™s that the cable is quite short.

I have had the Ninja since February 2022 but wanted to use it for a while before leaving a review. Mostly this machine is excellent. My favourite function is the steam roast and I use this every week to roast a chicken using the temperature probe to gauge the cooking time. This produces a juicy roast chicken – much better than my oven would. I also regularly use the pressure cooker to cook gammon joints. The air fryer is also good as is the sear and saute function. The one function that doesn’t work for me is the slow cooker. I have tried it a few times on both the high and low settings and at the end of the cooking time, the food is not cooked. Carrot pieces are still too hard after many hours! I don’t think it is actually coming to the boil at all on this function. Luckily I always pre-cook the meat before it goes in the slow cooker, and the sear saute function does this well. I have then had to use the same function to finish off the undercooked slow cooker meal by boiling it in the pot like in a saucepan. It works, but is not as convenient as a properly functioning slow cooker and not what I expected after forking out so much money for the machine. However, given that the other functions work well, I am still pleased with my Ninja. Although if slow cooking is something you want to use it for this maybe isn’t for you.

I bought this on offer a few weeks ago recommended by my daughter who has an earlier model. I am very impressed with the machine, extremely easy to use, food tastes amazing. My only slight grumble, I find it quite hard to lift items out when the machine is hot. I have used tongs for somethings, and silicone protectors for other items, it would be great if you could attach a handle into the racks and crisping plate inside to lift food out. That is a minor point.I have tried the air fryer and pressure cooker so far, and have found the food moist and crispy depending on the cooking method. It is quicker than my over and cheaper to run. I am very pleased with this.I would recommend this product.

As an air fryer, this product works really well, with large capacity, easy to handle and clean. But its steaming function is disappointing, and the food is not as good as that cooked in a traditional steamer.

Thanks to other reviewers on here I realised what my Foodi 14 in 1 was missing – a cook and crisp basket. Iโ€™ve registered my product and contacted Ninja to ask for help as I love the machine so much I donโ€™t want to send it back to Amazon. From reading reviews the missing item in the special edition copper version is clearly an issue – people are complaining about removing food with tongs and struggling to remove items. The machine tells you to โ€˜shakeโ€™ part way through air frying – a big clue that something isnโ€™t quite right! As Iโ€™ve said, I love the machine and the results Iโ€™ve got so far. It is quite intimidating at first if youโ€™ve not used a multi cooker before, but the instructions and website are fantastic. Despite my missing basket I have no hesitation in recommending Ninja.

So upgraded to the Ninja Foodi Max 14 in 1 from our previous Ninja Foodi. Two criticisms of the previous model…not having one dual function lid (ie same lid for Air frying & Pressurecooking) & not having a long enough plug cable (not easy with the still 30″ cable). Glad to say that the ‘Max’ cures the lid issue (brilliantly) but still stingy on the cable length!. This model not only does what our last one did (slow cook, air fry, roast, rice, steam, saute & pressure cook (but also dehydrates, makes Yoghurt. Proves bread/bakes & grills etc). Slightly taller & smaller in diameter than our original Ninja but better built I’d say & looks fab with the copper accents (Exc to Amazon…sorry we appear to have the last one!). I absolutley love the Ninja, fast, accurate & the food tastes somehow better (more concentrated). Me & Mrs P always said that if we ever needed to ‘upgrade’ then it would have to be another Ninja…this one is it. In todays expensive world where we all need to keep our energy bills down this appliance will help by cooking your food in a fraction of the time. Not cheap but well worth the outlay. Nuff said!!!.

When I read the instruction manual, I started to feel quite overwhelmed, wondering if a smaller model may have been easier to understand. However I started off by using some of the functions separately before attempting to combine them, and my confidence has grown. It is a superb piece of equipment, cooking a complete roast dinner is possible, it just needs planning. The best thing is, it does cut down cooking times, therefore saving energy. It is solidly built and a generous size, but not to big to sit on an average kitchen work surface.

It’s so much quicker and easier to cook with this. You have a little bit of trial and error to start with, although I haven’t had any errors so far. With energy costs going up I think this will pay for itself; no wasted electricity whilst waiting for the oven to warm up.

Get one.. anything that makes you good is worth the money! Seriously though itโ€™s great with its 3 modes, cooks great roasts. Just wish it was a little bigger.

As an air fryer, this product works really well, with large capacity, easy to handle and clean. But its steaming function is disappointing, and the food is not as good as that cooked in a traditional steamer.

I’m in love with this machine it was love at first sight. I haven’t even cooked in it yet but I just know it’s going to be fantastic, it’s such a nifty looking machine and can do so much. The materials are really strong and it looks and feels expensive. I was surprised by how heavy it was ( not like those cheap, nasty items I’ve bought in the past)I can’t wait to start experimenting, hopefully I’ll get the chance today, now I’m at home.๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿ‘
