The setting up of the phone,. You need to look at the manual, which at times is baffling. the explanations are somewhat foreign. Once you get your head around the jargon, It’s pretty impressive. There is a lot of gadgetry that can be applied, but that is up to you. The incoming tone and voice activation, is a little muted/muffled. Alas, I’ve only had this a short period of time, so have not had much time to find out what works and what does’t. I think it’s a great piece of equipment and hope it stands up to its reputation. Value for money and you can also add up to 6 extra dect phones.

Well I donโt know what itโs like because I canโt use it because it doesnโt have a uk plug on it and Iโm struggling to find a converter for it which for ยฃ63 you would think it would come with one so I could use it

Good quality product, significantly better than other DECT phones we have tried. Also a major plus for us was the ability to wall mount the base unit, few DECT phones these days have that capability.
Pros: Clear display; good sound quality; ease of use
Cons: Range from base unit to handset could be better; call blocking facility is of only limited use, since most nuisance calls just display as ‘Out Of Area’ with no actual number that can be blocked.
ADDITIONAL HANDSET: For some strange reason the additional handset TGFA30 is being treated as part of the TGF320E combo for review purposes, even though they are ordered quite separately and supplied by different companies.
I want to comment about delivery of the additional handset from LiGo – it was very poor indeed. The original target date was not good (almost 2 weeks from order) and then they failed to even meet that date! When it did finally arrive, the courier did not bother coming to the door (even though we were in) and left the box…

Got one of these after reading other reviewers comments – always a sensible thing to do. Its uncomplicated, easy to use (especially the remote handset) and with clear reception. I like to use the speakerphone facility which is excellent, and another plus point is that the answerphone is so easy to switch on and off. Haven’t seen these for sale in retails outlets, so glad I used Amazon. with no regrets. Can’t recall the supplier but it was delivered promply and was well packaged. My wife likes the corded phone and the fact that she can still take calls while sat on the toilet….
Since purchase just over a year ago the battery charger and power adapter/plug have ceased to work. Although I have a separate battery charger for AAA rechargeable batteries, I would like to get hold of a replacement cradle with charger for the cordless phone. Does anyone know where to get one and how much it would cost ?

Panasonic KX-TGF320E corded phone with one extra wireless phone I have to say I believe it is the best phone I have ever purchased. Its so easy to set up with your contacts and save a personal message on your answerphone. I don’t have to run to the phone any more and be cross when its just another sales/marketing call. The phone rings then after about 6 rings your answerphone kicks in and you can her that then you can hear the person leaving the message its great even from the extra extension. If its someone you recognise then you can pick it up brilliant. The display is large enough to read also. If you go out it will record any calls and a button will flash red to alert you and you can see how many you have missed and just press that one big button and they will all start to play easy.

This product should be sold as ideal for elderly or partially sighted users as well as anyone else. The display is large, illuminated and clear. Both the handset and the base unit speak the name (if it is in the phonebook) or number of the caller and the handset even has ringtones that can be allocated to caller groups. Well done Panasonic!

really superb and great the way the two devices sync everything and works out of the box.
the cordless phone has a hands free speaker like the desk phone and I also bought a headset which plugs into the cordess phone meaning I can move around whilst on the phone. there does not seem to be a headset socket on the desk phone.
Ideal for a downstairs and upstairs phone at home. You can intercom between the devices also useful.
Both phones crystal clear and easy to programme the usual things. Loads of extra features in the manual such as call blocking etc,

Excellent five star seller and product, so easily to use with its built in functions of call blocking, to caller shown — if you have that type of feature via your supplier like BT. Easy to program your numbers as you put it into one handset and it is automatically sent to the other(s) handsets, on the hands free one you can select hands free so not needing to hold your phone close to your ear as the bottom left hand button allows you to press it for it, and the main phone has its own hands free button. Such a nice black and grey screen which can be easily read, and easy to follow instructions. Many thanks seller a brand name one can trust and use with ease!
