Great high spec smart phone for the money. I bought the Poco F3 to replace my Huawei P20 Pro which I’d dropped & damaged the OLED display. Only having a couple of months to go on my contract & wanting to move away from Huawei I was looking for a decent 5G SIM free phone that wasn’t going to break the bank. I’d always previously gone for flagship phones on contracts but no longer want to be tied to a costly contract. I had done a little bit of research & decided to go for a Google Pixel 4a, when I got the phone I was so disappointed it was smaller than I was expecting & felt very cheap compared to the Huawei I’d been using for the last few years. Needless to say the Google Pixel 4A went back. I started doing some more research & watched some reviews of budget phones on YouTube. That is when I came across Xiamoi. I’d never heard of them previously however they were getting pretty good feedback on line so was originally looking at the Mi10. I watched an unboxing video of the Poco F3 &…

My coworker recommended this phone to me when I said i am looking for a mid-range phone as i do not care about most features of the phone except camera. Camera is pretty decent, I love the side finger print reader, so handy. support google services, system is pretty fast. Thought it would be a downgrade for me since my last phone is one plus 7t, it actually turned out to be fancier (for example 5G and screen recorder, side finger printer reader…other functions i have not explored yet). I guess the bar is pretty high for smart phones these days. Totally worth the money and i strongly recommend.

Really wanted the Mi 11 but couldn’t justify the cost, then along came the Poco F3. Have to say it’s pretty impressive so far.
Battery wasn’t so impressive to start with, but then new phones do tend to drain a bit with all the background setup going on. Today however the battery seems to be doing much better.
Phone feels really premium, would be mistaken for something that costs far more and is a complete powerhouse.
Camera is also pretty impressive, plenty of settings to adjust to your liking. Granted it isn’t exactly a flagship camera, but it is far better than you might think.
The screen is top notch, have it set at 120Hz, although not sure if my eyes notice the difference as drastically as most apparently claim.
Was really worried about the empty box issue that is mentioned in the review’s, so took the precaution of videoing the unboxing, the actual phone box should have a protective cellophane like wrapper, which mine did. But it’s advisable to film the box it arrives in and all…

Same as other reviewer, No phone in box , not happy. Hope I get it sorted.

I did initially receive a box with no device inside it. Heartachingly disappointing, however Amazon were quick to sort the issue and got a sealed device to me the next day. I’ve only knocked a star off for this reason.
It looks like all the youtube reviewers and some reviewers on Amazon missed the included earbuds, they are tucked in a little side piece of cardboard next to the USB cable in the box. I must admit they weren’t easy to find in the packaging. They’re not the best, but they’ll do as a nice backup pair at least.
The phone however, is absolutely stunning. Flagship level performance in most departments. Every day use is a breeze. The screen, the speakers, the speed is just incredible especially at this price.
I thoroughly recommend this device, though maybe consider going direct to Xiaomi if you can wait for the slow delivery.
