Unfortunately my freezer was left laying outside next door despite the fact that I was at home and watching out for delivery.
My house number is very clearly marked.
I eventuality had to carry out a search to find the freezer. Very disappointed in Hermes delivery driver for not checking. I had to end up carrying it back to my house which wasnโt easy as itโs quite heavy.
The freezer is as described.
Itโs compact. Itโs very silent.
In fact I had to check a couple of times to see if it was working.
So far I am pleased with my purchase.

This is a great little freezer and I am surprised how much it will store. If you pack it carefully there is ample room for the needs of one or two people and I like the challenge of arranging my stuff to get in as much as possible! The freezer also looks nice on my worktop and I am well pleased. It actually looks nicer than the picture.

This seems to be an excellent little freezer, but a couple of things make me suspect that I was sent a repaired/reconditioned/shop-display unit rather than a brand-new item.
1. The box had previously been opened (by slitting it around the base and taping it up again to close it – perhaps I wasn’t meant to notice?
2. The inner polystyrene packaging was broken, as if it had already been pulled out, then put back.
3. An informational sticker on the machine had previously been (badly) torn off.
3. Most annoying of all, there was a deep and unsightly scratch (down to the metal) on the door of the freezer. I’m pretty sure it didn’t leave the factory looking like THAT.
All in all, if we hadn’t been in the middle of a pandemic, and if it wasn’t such a massive hassle to return such a large and heavy item, this would have been sent straight back. However, to spare myself the hassle and risk, I’ve decided to keep it – and it does seem to be a decent freezer, and the warranty seems to be OK.

Disappointing in that though it works efficiently, it needs ridiculously regular defrosting as the seal on the door is very poor allowing a build up ice which, if it isn’t dealt with, renders the door unclose able, with the obvious result.

At first i didn’t think this freezer would be enough for just 1 person. (As i like to buy lots of frozen items) but in-fact this is the perfect size, having used it for almost 3 months now, i have never ran out of space and it’s substantal size, would be suitable for 1-2 persons food as i’ve had people round to stay and haven’t come across the need where i’ve ran out of space.
Easy to move the door around so it swings out from the other side too
Pros:
Lots of space
Removable drawer
Makes next to no noise
Interchangeable door
Cons:
Frosts up on the roof quite a bit, but leaving the door open for 10 minutes gets rid of this.
Other than that this freezer is perfect

Bought this little freezer as i am restricted on how much frozen l can buy… a great price… its energy efficiency. Just had an iceland delivery and my extra for Christmas are in there and still room for a few more. So happy l got one.

Alright this is not the biggest and because of how freezers works it doesnโt have a huge capacity inside.
I needed a bit extra space for my groceries and I did not have space for another full sized or chest freezer. I put this on top of my dishwasher and voila an extra draw of freezer space.
I do think itโs expensive for the space u get but I was desperate for more space.
I have had it since December and I have not noticed any ice forming at all.
The bottom section is not as deep as the top.
I also bought it instead of another one I saw from another retailer because the temperature control is in the inside and not behind it. Mine is in awkward spot and i really donโt wanna be faffing around when I need to adjust it.
I would definitely recommend it.

I have been contemplating extra freezer capacity for a while, but a recent main freezer fail made the decision a no-brainer. I live alone, do quite a bit of home cooking and also dividing ready made sauces or meals into single portions so there is less food wastage. My replacement under counter freezer had four drawers, but I often need just a little more space.
This Russell Hobbs freezer gives me the equivalent of a drawer and a half extra space. Just right for me. It is in my kitchen, and is almost silent running. I needed an electrician to put in some extra sockets where this freezer had to go, but I’d been contemplating doing that too.
I contacted the seller regarding the difficulty or otherwise of reversing the door. Their response was helpful, especially when I couldn’t get the cover off the top of the hinge. Managed this, the suggested screwdriver and a bit of force proved adequate. However I found it quite difficult to remove the nuts off the top of the hinge, partly because…
