I bought this together with its twin, the refrigerator. Sadly the latter was poorly packaged and arrived damaged: but this freezer was well packaged by the seller and arrived in perfect condition. It runs very quietly and works well. The only thing I might query is the height the buyer is supposed to leave above it (the same applies to the refrigerator): the instruction booklet states 30cm (one foot in imperial measurements): but it must be a misprint for 3cm (30mm). If you look at the photos in the synopsis of this machine you will see that the gap between the top cover and the worktop is only about 3cm. John Scott.

works as required pity it was delivered with a 1 inch dent on the front door ,was also delivered by a female driver with no barrow for transporting and i had to help deliver into my house and i am registered as disabled with arthritis in cervical and lumber region of the spineand have a 50mm annurism of the AORTA,NOT BLOODY GOOD ENOUGH !!!

Whatโs the product like? Itโs a freezer. Right size, right-ish price. It freezes stuff. BUT If Iโd of known WHAT a pain it was going to be registering for 2nd year warranty, frankly I would have bought elsewhere.. They could just give you a 2-year warranty. But no, they want you to fill in a long, frankly intrusive form (whatโs it got to do with them who I am and where I live at this point? I may never claim). Youโve got to upload a picture of, or scan a photo of your Amazon invoice, and get one click wrong and the crippled, ghastly website goes into sulk/wonโt do it mode. Now here is a tip you need: if you manage to fumble thru to the end, thereโs a grey box where you say โokโ to them wanting to know, for example, the serial number on your granโs false teeth. BUT… you canโt click it! No response. So you go up and down the goldarn form over and over, trying to find what you missed. THEN you notice, lost in the bottom RH corner, a little, mystery tiny box with tiny text. Click…

I purchased this from Amazon Warehouse and I’m very happy with the purchase. It still comes under warranty and is in good condition. It is slightly smaller than the standard under counter freezer but has a decent amount of freezer space and is perfect for what I need it for. Only one improvement required I would say is the handle where you grab the door to open – the space between the top of the freezer and the gap is very small (even for my small hands) – so I have been using the tips of my fingers to pull the freezer open.

Good Freezer, replaced a 28 year old Whirlpool that went to the electronic graveyard (Planned Obsolescence !), it is nice to have drawers instead of just compartments / shelves as it mkes it easier to get things out without having to remove loads of other things first.

Great little freezer. I have a chest freezer in a shed outside and use this one inside so I don’t have to traipse out in the cold. Works well and is quiet. Hopefully it’ll last as long as my other freezer which we’ve had for over a decade!

I was looking for a freezer I could set on my living room without everyone noticing there was a freezer there so I chose the black one. It’s very silent so you can only hear something at night if you are very close to it so it’s not noisy at all.
In the inside, it is very spacious and you can put a lot of stuff in the three drawers. I can finally go to Iceland and buy enough stuff for more than a day of eating as I have a small fridge with only one rack of a freezer on top.
I really recommend this for its quality, its design, its silent way of working and also it’s A+ so it is a very efficient energy wise.
