Don’t expect amazing resolution for gaming or even for text, but its definitely a beautiful and good monitor for the price of 150 quid. Very thin borders and extremely light weighted, with a decent image quality. There is one thing though that is very bad: the tilting mechanism. On the manual it simply says that it tilts without any explanation, but when you try to do it you get nothing, its locked in one place. Looking online I found a lot of people with the same problems, since there is no explanation at all on the manual. You basically have to see the top of the stem (the part that is inserted in the monitor) and feel for 2 screws (I say feel because they are not visible, they are covered with some kind of black paper that is not made to peel off and hard to get out. There are 2 screws under this paper and you can use a screwdriver to just pierce this paper and loose the screws a bit so it can be possible to tilt the monitor. Be careful because if you loose the screws too much…

I have been working from home since the start of March and having only a 13″ laptop screen and having multiple tabs and apps open was beginning to take it’s toll. I also needed something that was small enough for the space in my office area which is currently quite cramped. So going for a curved monitor made sense
I will not be using this screen as a gaming monitor but as an all-round monitor for a laptop or desktop I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Great product and so happy.

This is a great monitor for any kind of professional use, but gaming is really disappointing.
If you are in a game and thereโs a dark area, if your camera moves too fast, there will be some kind of light edges around the dark shades of the game.

this is a good quality computer screen.looking at it as I type the screen is clear and a good wide angle.
the eye saving mode is also useful when you may be looking at the screen for long periods of time
I often use mine along with my flight simulator, and so gives a wider field of vision.think now I maybe could
have got my screen a little bigger now,but I am happy with this

As a whole pretty pleased with this monitor for my 9 year old, but I was abit annoyed that it’s advertised as having 2x 5w speakers built in when my certainly doesn’t! Sort it out Samsung, Amazon you need to take down that description because it’s false advertising.

These are great monitors for a workstation. (Check out photo). And very good value.
Working at home using a laptop. I already had a 21″ flat screen monitor but decided to go for two extension monitors. Our IT department confirmed the laptop would work with two and suggested I look at the Samsung curved screen monitors. And I’m still looking at two of them now – smiling!
I got one delivered and was so impressed by the curved screen that I got a second one and dumped the (new) flat screen monitor.
Honestly, the curve makes a huge difference to the ease and comfort of viewing.

Don’t get me wrong, this is a lovely monitor – the curved screen is great for all-day comfort, and some extra hours gaming if you’re that way inclined.
However, the firmware is trash. For some reason, even with the monitor on standby, the screen does not come to life when an input source is activated and will not switch between sources automatically. Meaning, if I leave my desk for an hour the automatically turns off (great!), but when I come back it doesn’t power on (not great).
Others may disagree, but I find this a pretty important feature for a monitor that uses a standby function, so be warned.

Bought it when it was discounted – great monitor for the price. Picture quality was great. Response time for gaming just acceptable, for fast-paced action requiring competitive gaming I wouldn’t recommend it. Terrible stand however, no option to adjust the angle nor height. General feeling however was very good due to great colours, brightness and contrast of the display.
