In the user manual on the tv it gives instructions for the hard of hearing to use headphones but there is no Bluetooth available for this to happen. Havenโ€™t checked whether there is facility to physically add headphones but it is a large screen to sit close to whilst wearing headphones. I have A Bose sound bar but the sound quality on this tv is excellent so the sound bar never gets used

We went for the 50″ Samsung in the end purely because it was the maximum that would fit in the space we had allocated.I had initially picked the 55″ but there wasn’t room.Something to take into account is most TV’s seem to have dropped the central stand. In my view this is a mistake the TV placement has more flexibility with the central stand. Our TV only just fitted the existing unit due to it having 2 v styles legs. The picture is clear and crisp and the sound has good base. The remote however is cluttered and to small. The directional buttons are to close to a couple of dedicated channel buttons and so these are pushed easily in poor light,so annoying. Also no dedicated YouTube button.Value for money 5 stars but I will be in sourcing a learning remote unless Samsung do another version

I bought this TV on the 1st April. It broke the weekend end of May with lines over a good 8 inches of screen. The manufacturer says the company need to replace and the company say the manufacturer needs to fix. Leaving me with a broken tv. Ideally Iโ€™d want a replacement who wants a refurbished tv when they bought it new 8 weeks ago. The tv itself and the picture was really good but now Iโ€™d avoid this company to purchase as itโ€™s a right pain when it all goes wrong and no responsibility is taken.

I have been buying Samsung TVs for over ten years so I automatically went for this for a holiday home I have just bought. This TV is less than average. The remote control is great as is has Netflix and Prime buttons and the picture is average but the software is unbelievable bad. I can’t even tell you. I worked in IT for 30 years and I struggled. Also the seller of the TV are really poor. JUST DON’T BUY.

    Ours is the 65โ€ model.

We were a bit hesitant to buy this – especially due a few dodgy reviews but Iโ€™ll put most of them down to being damaged during delivery. Our delivery drivers were great though and appeared very careful with it.

The worst part of the whole experience was getting the thing out of the box. You definitely need two people that arenโ€™t prone to arguing. After that it was plain sailing.

The remote is great. Has a built in Netflix and prime button and works with the two apps seamlessly. Itโ€™s a remote so not much more to be said.

As far as the actual TV goes, we love it! The picture quality is 10x better than our 5 year old Samsung. Depth of colour and detail in the shadows are much improved. Iโ€™m not saying itโ€™ll blow a lot of the newer tvโ€™s out the water but as far as picture quality goes, for the price you canโ€™t complain at all.

Setting up the TV took about 10 mins all in and it works great with the app. We also have ours working through the Alexa so we can do a couple…

It took me AGES to decide on a TV and Iโ€™m not disappointed by this. Was an upgrade from the old 1080p to this enormous 65โ€. Controls are great, picture awesome, lots of built in apps. Was a doddle to set up. Sound is perfectly acceptable for me – though if youโ€™re a real audio bod you might want to plug in a sound bar or something. The stands for this fit in easily but does mean you need a decent size TV stand unless youโ€™re wall mounting. Considering the image quality and ease of install of use, Iโ€™d recommend this TB happily. Just try and gauge how it might fit in your room. In a smaller lounge/room it was look like an imax!
