The pills are a bit big so not too easy to swallow. Also needs to be taken on a full stomach otherwise nausea may kick in. Itโs the second lot I buy as I feel the pills somewhat helped in managing hair loss.

Donโt have much to review in terms of effects as only been taking them a week or so. What I will say is definitely listen to the reviews and do not take on an empty stomach in the morning I have just learnt that the hard way, other days I have kept it down if I ate straight after but today it just came straight back up; also if you have a problem with swallowing big pills Iโd give these a miss they are massive. I will continue taking and update on the effects

I bought this product by mistake. I was meant to buy the biotin from the same company. This product if taken without eating a heavy meal will cause nausea and you might feel weak as well. I havenโt seen much improvements but maybe thatโs because iโve Only been using it for a few weeks now.

For the past 3 or 4 years I have noticed a thinning in my hair, my nails and a general dryness.
My nails got so thin that my toes nails would simply split off, I had a permanent line of weakness on my second toe where there was a split from the end of the toe nail which reached almost down the length of the nail to the cuticle.
I had done from ridiculously thick full hair to being able to see patches on my scalp.
some 4 week ago I bought these tablets, I was concerned about the size of them due to the comments I had read – they are not small, but equally they are not the largest tablets I have ever had to take and you can always split them.
I was also concerned about the sickness feeling some people had reported – for me, I try to take one at a time, with a small amount of food, I had one or two times that I thought ‘do I feel sick or is it my imagination’ but as I have continued with the tablets this feeling has gone and I can now take two at a time..
As to the regularity of me taking…

I tried for the first time this brand for hairs and nails vitamins after hearing about it, so thought let me give it a try! But unfortunately, I m a bit disappointed๐ the tablet are very big and difficult to swallow!! Plus still I m not finding any benefits out of it, still suffering from hairs full. It might be a good product for some people but not for me unfortunately. But still, let wait and see!
