Problem reported on 7 July. Despite quick initial contact here we are 10 days later waiting for a call. Promises made, promises broken.

On site repair carried out today, a known problem with thermostats on a batch of the fridges. Fixed in a matter of minutes, fingers crossed that does the trick. When it works it’s a nice fridge, shame about the problem with some of them. Thanks to Dean for sorting.
MR E A WILLIAMS –
We bought the cooler to make room in our fridge and it’s an ideal size to fit in a normal small fridge space. Preferred the dark edging as it looks very slick especially at night with the fridge light on. Fridge is very quiet except when it’s been opened or more drinks added then the cooling motor kicks in for a bit until it reaches the temp setting (1-5). Shelves are fairly well designed though some restrictions on the layout for moving shelves up and down. The ideal layout we have found is too slim rows for 8-10 bottles of wine/Prosecco, bottom and top sections for cans and also beer/cider bottles which can hold about 40-50 across the shelves so plenty for immediate stock to use.
Overall extremely happy with the cooler at this stage though only had for a few days.

I like my drinks cold, and this little fridge gets them really cold without freezing them. Only downside, it is a little fridge. But then I can get champagne bottles on the wine rack, and also 2 litre pop bottles. Something the pictures really don’t make clear.

Bought this item as a result of the reviews here on Amazon. It is working great and has been a great addition to the house for keeping white wine, beer and soft drinks. I have also used it to keep cheeses in too. Very functional cooler. As others have said on here if you keep it on 3 it is about spot on, 4 and your beer is really cold and 5 will curl your toes up with pleasure. Very quiet cooler too. I have absolutely no complaints or bad points to point out about this item.

Like others I looked at the reviews before buying this fridge. I am delighted with this purchase and as everyone else says it really makes your beer & wine cold ,have one I bought a few years a go but it’s not a patch on this ,so much so that I’m going to replace it with another subcold.we have managed to fit 30 cans off beer 4 bottles of wine,3 small bottles of Prosecco & 3 full size champagne all at once in this fridge… don’t waste time looking at others just go for this if you want your drinks really cold 👌😀🥂

This has been a brilliant addition to our garden room and gives me additional fridge space if the one in the house is overloaded. really came into it’s own at Christmas, as it holds loads and with removable shelves it homed the turkey for a few days before being replaced by desserts and drinks. Since then it has returned to it’s role as drinks chiller so now we always have a lovely supply of chilled drinks when friends come for dinner. It also looks very stylish. Love the glass fronted door and the option of having the interior light on or off is great as the room doubles as a guest room. I was surprised at just how spacious this product is. Just brilliant. Delivery was quick and the item was very well packaged.

Pleasantly surprised by this little gem. Plenty of room to store all my hubbys beer and cider and of course room left over for my own drinks.
Delivery was actually a day earlier than estimated which was excellent. The fridge itself was well packaged on arrival with no damage whatsoever.
Window licker –
Had mine for a while now, works well,actually quieter than the super50 which i also have in the kitchen: EDIT It worked fine for 6 months, the last 3 months it freezes up at the back constantly and the temp never goes below 9c, so pretty useless for a fridge. I also own the smaller super50 and that has exactly the same problem.
