This oil is awesome. Suffered from eczema my whole life and hands constantly cracked and sore. Have been taking this for a year now and barely had any eczema. Nails and hair improved too. Personally I think it tastes horrible but have found if you put 3 teaspoons in with a small glass of apple juice (a Nealโs Yard trick) it takes away the taste.

This oil seems to have helped my arthritis and I have been sleeping soundly with no pain – took a week or so to kick in. Also use it on my face as I get zee and it seems to work for that also. Have recommended it to friends.

I have been taking this oil for 6 weeks and have not seen an improvement in my skin, I bought it based on reviews that it made skin look healthier. Perhaps it needs to be taken for longer to see the benefits so I am going to purchase again, however next time I can going to take an extra Omega 3 supplement along with this oil as generally the western diet is abundant with Omega 6.
