I’ve been taking these for about 3 months now, 2 tablets every night with my meal.
Have definitely seen an improvement in my skin and hair. Hair feels thicker, grows quickly and I don’t seem to shed as much. Skin feels very soft, smoother and doesn’t look quite as patchy and uneven in colour. I have a little more of a glow and a dewy complexion that I thought I had lost now I’m in my 50s.
Only thing I’m a little disappointed in, it has only marginally helped my brittle weak nails. They’re a little stronger, but not much. Oh well, 2 out of 3 ain’t bad and I will continue to take these for the foreseeable future as I really am pleased with my skin and hair, plus the bonus of some vitamins and minerals that must be good for the rest of my body.
EDIT: It’s now a few months later and I’ve edited this review to say my nails have improved a lot. I think they were in such poor condition and slow growing, that it took a long time for the weak nail to grow out and the stronger nail to come in….

I’ve been using these for a while now, and I feel that they genuinely do make a difference to my overall health. In terms of what I wanted them to do, which is grow my hair and nails, I can see a massive difference in my nails which have gone from being brittle and flaking to strong and long (seriously, I actually get compliments on them!). My hair however doesn’t seem overly different, but it was massively damaged by years of hair dye so perhaps it was a bit too much of a task for the tablets to tackle. I would say that if you want gorgeous nails and healthy cuticles, along with a general feeling of wellbeing, these should be your absolute go to. Don’t expect instant results, it took about a month or two for me to see a difference, although I’m really undisciplined and forget to take them a lot so maybe someone with a better memory than me will fair better lol

I expected a bid more from this product seeing the reviwes and the price. I can’t say there is any change. Actually I’ve noticed my nails start breaking a bid more and I had to buy nail care products in addition. I signed up for repeated delivery and they wanted to charge me £30 for the next box,which is unacceptable. The £21 I’ve paid was not worth the product. Disapointed.
