All went well for a couple of week, but all of a sudden green vertical line appeared on monitor. Don’t know how to fix it. This is distracting alot and feeling unhappy for my buy. i received the replacement monitor thats too was broken. Cannot make it stand on table. Screws were missing. Botton corner is cracked. Monitor base is broken. Now repenting for my buy.

I needed an extra PC for the office but didn’t want to spend too much so I ordered this one. It arrived extremely well packaged and once out of the box it was super easy to set up… just plug it in and off you go! The PC comes with keyboard, mouse, monitor (with speakers) and wifi. It had also had a couple of little upgrades from the original spec… DVD writer and an a little more performance. As I am in Spain it also came with Spanish plugs which was a real bonus as usually electrical products ordered from UK come with UK plugs… good thinking guys! All in all highly recommended. I am going to order another one for home!

Decided that I may as well have a look at Windows 10 – then saw the outlandish price MS are charging for a single use disc- so decided that I may as well buy a secondary PC with Win 10 installed for about the same price!
Processor is an elderly version ‘refurbished’ but perfectly usable. Apart from the fact that the DVD writer was ‘stoved’ inside the processor casing when item was unpacked, even though the processor was triple wrapped in bubble wrap and completely adequately boxed. Contacted the supplier who immediately apologised and offered a replacement, but the processor casing was ‘easily’ opened and the writer reseated.
VDU supplied was not really up to much so was replaced with a spare TV monitor – which meant purchasing a special connector cable as the ‘elderly’ processor has no HDMI socket (!) Using the refurbished Win 10 PC now. No problems so far. Apart from Windows 10 which, as it turns out, I don’t like much at all!

I bought this for a 9 yr old to play some low end games and learn some computer and keyboard stuff and keep him away from our PC’s. The first monitor arrived DOA but was replaced free and in an acceptable time frame given the current situation and the second monitor is good enough.
Pro: the pc is a 755 sff and was spotless and in very good shape considering its age. The keyboard, mouse and dongle are brand new and the keyboard is great. The mouse is adequate for office use but I replaced it for one with more buttons and responsiveness. I really don’t think you could get a better complete set-up, with support, for the price. A very good honest deal.
Cons: “Renewed” is a loose term. There were 15 outdated drivers (which I’m still sorting) and will cause BSOD’s all the time until sorted. The BIOS is completely out of date so you’re going to have to update that yourself. I had assumed that would come under the term “renewed”. The BIOS is still in “state control” so you’re going to have…

Wow! !! This was an amazing!!! Definitely value for money. I brought it for ยฃ89 – the specs in the hard-drive were more than specified! Easy to set up and came with all the cables.
It did mention, new keyboard & mouse. They weren’t. But for the price a completely new reconditioned PC, I’m not complaining.
Love it!!
It just arrived for Christmas and set up today – so I hope it lasts.

Package arrived two days early, i was at home so no problem. Mouse buttons didn’t work, but i have spares so again no problem. PC itself was very clean inside, screen also was very clean. Connected it all up, CMOS battery dead so had to enter date and time. Windows started, well almost – blue screen with stop code Inaccessible boot device. Went into recovery options, reinstalled and it eventually booted up. Wifi dongle worked, but weak signal (i had ordered a pci internal anyway), download clone software and cloned system onto a spare ssd. Shutdown pc and swapped disks over. PC boots (enter date and time again) and we are now in business.
The niggles weren’t unexpected and fairly easy to overcome (I’ve worked in IT for 20 years), so all in all fairly happy. I bought this for my son to do his homework on and it’s more than capable of running Office 2016 (not included, i have Office 365 Home edition) and Spotify.
For the money it’s not bad.
