I suffer with COPD, So I lookout for new products that may give me relief. I have found that this inhaler does relieve congestion, as well as loosen up mucus, which then aids for clearer and better breathing. It does as it says in the package make you cough initially. It is pricey, when you consider itโs just plastic and a ball bearing! Think it should be a bit more robust, worried if I drop it, it will shatter.

My father suffers from COPD and this covid pandemic made it a lot worse. Since this machine has come (with a filter I bought) major major changes!!! Worth a buy for any sufferer!! Iโve seen the difference.

I am asthmatic, I bought this in the hope that it might improve either lung function or at least help following a chest infection. I haven’t had it long enough to see any significant benefit yet but it definitely produces a good productive cough. It’s easy to clean and the bit that contains the ball is completely childproof.

We got this for my elderly mother. It does not work for her that great but this is a chance we took she is old and frail and not fully with it. We bought it as it looked sound and was not cheap (on basis you get cheapest and often regret it). It is basicly a few bits of plastic moulded and put together with a steel ball within, it might cost a fiver to make but probably doesn’t. It might cost a ยฃ1 or 2 more in patents! It really is nothing special.
I have since bought a similar (but less shiny) device similarly constructed with an oximeter (the oximeter is ยฃ24 worth) for ยฃ35 from Ana Wiz. So essentially cost ยฃ11
It is actually more suited for my mum, but my real complaint here is the rip off price of this. Often Amazon and its clients hide well overpriced things amongst what are seemingly bargain prices. Get one of the cheaper devices.

Bought for an Aunt with very bad COPD
It says it can take a few days to work.
Not for us, on 1st use her breathing was noticeably better.
it’s only day 3 now but she loves it and wonders why she’s never heard of them before.
Yes we would recommend it to others.

Iโve seen all of the videos and read up on it so I took the plunge itโs an overpriced item with problems but Iโm sticking with it as I need to give it ago to see if it is going to improve my asthma as Iโm getting fed up with the amount of inhalers Iโm on. Having the metal ball inside makes the condensation and breathing out really bad and the water droplets can drip back down through to your mouth which is offputting when using having your own vapour drip in your mouth. Getting the angle right to get the ball to vibrate up-and-down can be tough also the amount of air pressure you need to breathe out canโt be hard to regulate especially when people using this are already suffering from breathing problems I think the item is really overpriced for what it is and at the moment I am really dissatisfied.

My ‘ordinary’ asthma changed into something else in 2008 when I lived in a flat with black mould. At the time, I got haemoptysis and a raised heart rate on exertion. The hospital thought it was COPD but looked like TB. Turned out I had a massive allergy to something. I moved flats and the haemoptysis ended but since then walking brings on phlegm and I produce a lot when I wake up and at the end of the day. The doctor has had me on an inhaled steroid which brings down inflammation. They say this is asthma. I also lived in London for two decades. I took the risk and brought this. I’m so impressed! The ‘flutterer’ brings up a lot of phlegm. I’m not using my steroid inhaler anymore because my results on my peak flow monitor are exactly the same as they are after using the steroid inhaler. Result!
