Mr G –
Like most of my reviews i’ll keep in punchy with pro’s n con’s
##PROS##
(1) Excellent Battery Life – if you are a ultra runner, this will last you 50+ miles comfortably
(2) Screen – AMOLED 326 PPI – Superb and vibrant
(3) It’s comfortable and lightweight in comparison to the likes of Fenix / Suunto
(4) Good selection of watch faces and many more from 3rd Party
(5) Integration with sync to Strava / Google Fit
##CONS##
(1) Well my experience and forums all over the web confirm this has a fundamental flaw with GPS. A new update has made this MUCH better, but accuracy is still a problem
(2) Anti-Fingerprint coating – not true – see picture
(3) Heart rate monitor is not overly accurate
(4) Lacking exercise data – see Strava image of an activity with this compared to my previous watch. Missing heart-rate data, yet the watch has heart rate on it.
(5) The Zepp app is ok, but fragmented in it’s layout and missing notification abilities like texts/incoming calls
Conclusion – add the Coros GPS chip into…

I don’t normally write reviews but this watch is worth one. I have had several watches (inc. Apple watches) and this is one of the best ones so far – and it’s an old model!
The good bits:
Plays well with an iPhone 8 and Apple’s health app.
Fitness / Health tracking overal seems very good.
Alert notifications work well and good bluetooth range (better than Huwawei watches previous tried).
Aesthetically pleasing – doesn’t look that odd when compared to normal watch.
Strap is leather and watch is easy to wear.
Bad bits:
Battery life is around 5 days (with heart monitoring and everything on as default settings).
Would have been 5 stars if the battery had made it to 10 days or so. I am now playing with the settings to see if this 10 day number can be achieved – but this means turning off / reducing functionality – which is not ideal.

I have been constantly adjusting this watches settings for better battery e.g charging the heat rate sampling, brightness etc. however it appears that…

Looks good (although a bit too thick and wide), nice watchfaces, decent hr and steps monitoring. But this concludes the positives.
I had problems with the last app update (display not showing anything) I needed to reset it to factory default, uninstall app, restart the phone, etc., a long and strange procedure to get the watch to show anything…
The last drop: today (25 oct), uk switched to winter time. My phone is showing 5:35, my watch still shows 6:35. And the app says “all data has been synchronized”… If the watch is not able to synchronize the time in the background, I’m not goig to bother using it.
Sometimes you win, sometime you learn. I guess I learned that I should be more careful with my choices. For my next watch I will look first for good customer support, then basic functionality, ergonomy, etc.
I asked for a refund, but even if I don’t get my money back, I’m not going to use it again. After all, why should I use a watch whose time reading needs to be confirmed by the…

After 4 days I am very impressed, battery has dropped to 81% from full charge so battery life appears good and theoretically will be around 19-20 days. Functionality is good, I installed the Amazfit App on my (android) phone and it synchronised easily. I have also connected it to Google Fit and see that it should connect to Strava (I have not tried). My only gripe is I do not have the biggest wrists in the world (I normally have to remove a couple of links out of watch bracelets) but this strap is SHORT fitting my wrist at the last hole but one, why can’t they provide a strap which is a cm or so longer? Oh and whilst on straps it is leather so not waterproof so they recommend buying a silicon strap if you are looking to swim with it on.

Product is amazing, tracks everything you do physically. Some other features I like on it is if you can’t find your phone it will ring it, show incoming calls and lastly access to your music; there are more features within the watch but them 3 are my favourite.
If your having doubts about buying it, rest assured it’ll be worth the money. Will definitely be buying from them again in the near future.
