Bought this on 19th may and received it on 21st may. I followed the instructions on the booklet for the first time use and the hotplate burnt and left nasty burn marks on my brand new appliances. Contacted ansio its been nearly 3 weeks and they are still yet to resolve the issue. Disgusted by the customer service provided and then they expecting me to take it back to a return point as if bought this unnecesarry headache that comes with their defective product. I also saw that the steaming rack had orange spots/colour on it and it looks used or someone used it and returned it. I work long hours so taking it back during my busy day isn’t an option. Due to their lack of help and non existent customer service i will be returning the product for a full refund.

Took time to work out exactly how to use it for my recipes, instruction book is clear but YouTubed anyway to make sure I knew what I was doing, after that great made lamb pulao, was delicious and less then half the time when I was using the stove, love it! Used the sauté setting, meat setting and manual . Today made dal and rice really saves so much time, easy to clean. If you cook regularly really worth getting .

It’s my first pressure cooker and used a a few times now. It’s great to cook with this after work when you want dinner to be ready ASAP ! The cooker is versatile and easy to wash due to non-stick pot. I’m really happy with the keep warm function as well.
Capacity is more ideal for families but it’ll come in handy when you have guests over.

Only had this baby for a week and am in love with it already. First recipe I tried was a beef bourgeon, quick browning of braising steak using sauté function, add veg, red wine & beef stock. Pressure cook on high for 12 minutes & out came the most tasty, tender meal. Six minute veg soup, really tasty & rolled pork shoulder in 20 minutes (came out so tender, almost like pulled pork). So far so good, lots of cooking options & love the keep warm function. Long may it continue!

This pressure cooker is amazing! I was sceptical at first regarding the cooking times as they seemed a bit excessive. However, the cooking times are just perfect, all programs I’ve used so far resulted in tasty food with an incredible texture. Please note that the cooker takes about 10 min to gain pressure before the countdown starts, depending on the volume of food you’re cooking. I’m in love with this cooker <3

I was looking for a rice cooker and found it. I bought it because I thought I can do a lot more in it.
But the steamed white rice (P07) program every time gave very sticky rice even when all the measurements for water, rice and oil was followed exactly.
It is not possible to boil vegetables together with rice like what you can do using a normal rice cooker.
I am not satisfied with the price and performance ratio.
Going to return it, hope it will work.
