Love this laptop, definitely a good purchase
Introspective Wolf –
This product is amazing. I enjoy using the two screens for work and my masters. I often have research or lesson plans on one screen and spss, notes or assignments open on the other. No slow down. My kids also use this for a game design course and often have unreal open on one screen, notes on the second and a third (separately attached) for conferencing with the tutor. Even with these loads it manages well with no discernable slow down. The product overall looks great and feels great – the next laptop i buy is going to have allot to live up to.
Weaknesses
– the keyboard is a little fiddly and difficult to get used to.
– be careful to fully open the screen back as heat outputs are just below the screen.
– nowhere to store the stylus on the laptop.
– one extra USB would have been more useful (more of a personal preference)
– Bluetooth drivers took some driver fiddling to get my Sony headphones to work
– first one had a fault and had to return – Amazon replaced with a new laptop so not to…

As per the spec. it shows 1.8Ghz with i7 core, however, when I checked in the system info, I found it’s 1.1Ghz.
Clock speech is very crucial in performance.

I bought this laptop after much research and it was eagerly awaited.
When it arrived I was struck by how enticingly it was packaged and it felt relatively high-end.
I started it up and it started going through the setup.
First annoyance was the absolute insistence on me using or setting up a Microsoft Account before I could use it. Sorry but that is not acceptable. I don’t care what benefits it might offer – I should have a choice, not be forced to do it.
So, reluctantly I entered an email address and noticed the “T” key wasn’t working. On investigation the key (which are low profile and nicely tactile) was hard to press and slightly on the wonk. A few firm presses later I could get it to work but it remained stiff and unusable.
At this point I have complained to Amazon – after all this fails the criteria for any product : It should be of Satisfactory Quality; Fit for Purpose and last a reasonable amount of time. It was a failure of Quality Control and it really knocked the cream off it…

Purchased this as there was another option available for more with a smaller ssd.
Its super smooth and really nice to work with.
Took a while to get used to the unconventional layout, but now that I’m used to it, I really enjoy working with it.

Very fast, and can use Adobe Lightroom across both screens, with the main app on one and dedicated controls on the second touch-screen

Been a Dell user so far, hence was skeptical on performance, and Have been extremely happy with this , Given the WFH scenario, the dual screen is an blessing
