This laptop started burning up within 6 months of purchase. The customer service person asked me to email the issue- it took almost a week for a technician to get back to me and after completing the same day yet another form I still haven’t heard!

Superb 2 in one laptop and tablet. Came with Windows 10 installed and also a pen to use with the screen if you so wish. I use both finger and when in tablet form the pen without any problems. Its very quick and responsive. The various connector port types are also a blessing as I prefer to transfer files and do installations via hard wired devices rather than WiFi even though its WiFi is smooth and fast.

I really like the appearance of the laptop, the speed and the battery life. I was very excited about it when I received it.
However, my machine has a number of technical issues:
– After three weeks of use, the AC on the machine was making a very loud noise for a few minutes and the screen went off. It took me about ten attempts to restart the machine. I only had an internet browser opened and the battery was full, so not sure what happened.
– will not automatically connect to wireless network although I keep ticking auto connection
– I have had a number of sound issues on teleconferencing applications with this laptop
I am sad to need to return this laptop which I otherwise really liked.

Excellent laptop, versatile and very quick to fire up. Facial recognition really good unless you have too much light around you that prevents this function.
The only negative I could find was when I went to use the sleeve the laptop came with it would not fit. It appears to be too small, get about 2 inches in then you have a home workout to remove it.
I’ll have to source a sleeve that fits this laptop. Other than this minor negative I’m really pleased with my purchase.

I spent a significant amount of time researching a new laptop for my wife and we are both extremely pleased by our purchase. The ASUS ZenBook Flip UX463 is a quality product in every aspect. In particular, the build quality and performance are outstanding and the price of ยฃ829.99 represents real value for money as you would normally expect to pay over ยฃ1000 for a computer of this specification and quality.
