Iโve only started with this first pack. Yes I feel it does help and complexion looking much better, however rather expensive to use monthly ๐ฅบ
As a pensioner itโs not a cost I can continue long term.

Only taken for a week but already my paper thin nails are growing and Iโm hugely impressed, my energy has increased, Iโm immune suppressed due to medication and my hair is falling out so Iโm hoping this helps with my hair growing back too, lovely company to deal with also, thanks guys

I had been taking marine collagen for 3 months previous with a different brand and saw this advertised as an excellent all rounder so decided to swap and try even though it was ยฃ10 more. i have tried 42 days worth to give it a good go but sorry to say I have gone back to my original. Taking it on an empty stomach 1st thing isn’t for me. Its too sweet and you can taste the sweetener. My nails and hair weren’t as strong. My skin wasn’t the best. It proves that the higher cost is not always the best.
