100% pleased. Took a long time for us to find a frost free medium hight freezer.
Very pleased with this one the door alarm is very good ,as with grandchildren getting ice creams I can be sure the door will be closed or after
a short time the alarm will sound. The drawers are easy slide and you can see what you have as you open the door. It is very quiet.

Absolutely brilliant for us! Easy to see what is in the freezer. The top section is great for freezing food. We also like the โbuzzโ sound if you have the door open too long.

It is a useful freestanding freezer. The downside being a one-year warranty – far too short.
Beko tout their additional premiums to extend the guarantee. Website registration is set up to proffer additional payments making you search for register only. The prompts keep on and on.
Product marred by such poor customer service.

The reviews said there was a door alarm and the Amazon description says there is a door alarm but I saw this freezer was sold by AO and I had been on their website checking out freezers so I knew they advertised this freezer as not having a door alarm. I thought I would check with AO as to which description was correct. They replied no, this particular freezer has no door alarm and the Amazon description was wrong. However, I decided to buy anyway and guess what, there is a door alarm. So, Amazon and the reviews , were correct and AO who was the actual seller was wrong.
Anyway delivery was good and much quicker than stated on Amazon so very pleased.

Bought this item through Amazon from AO.com as the delivery was quicker. The item arrived on the day stated and I had a call to say the freezer to advise of the exact delivery time. This was bought to replace a larger one that we have had for many years (15+) but has now decided to retire!!
The previous freezer was also a Beko and I would recommend this brand to anyone as we have bought other Beko goods which are proving to be very reliable.
Cannot recommend this brand (and seller) highly enough.

This freezer has deep drawers and looks ok. However, the warranty is ONLY 12 months and is limited. You also need to register for the 12 months warranty when they try to sell you an extended warranty which should have been included. Disappointing!

this was exactly what I needed – a good basic, tall freezer, to be kept in the utility room. It was narrower than I anticipated, but took all the food I transferred from the broken one. The only issue was that I had to wait in all day on a Saturday for it to be delivered, as the next delivery slot would have been a week and a half later.
