Fabulous probiotics and Ive tried quite a few (raw vegan, high street chemist etc) Iโve used these for about 6 months and definitely see the difference in my skin.

Don’t waste your money if you have already tried everything for spots like I did, better go and see a dermatologist. Not only it didn’t help me but it looks like I’ve got even more spots now, been using it for nearly a month

Taking two a day cleared my Perioral Dermatitis without needing to resort to antibiotics.
My advice would be to take them at the end of the day as they can make you feel sick and quesy if you havenโt eaten enough.
I buy these time and time again as they are the only health supplement that has given me actual results.

So the first photo is from the 20th June and the second is from today (16th July). Personally, I would highly recommend these probiotics, especially if you are suffering from perioral dermatitis. I have been suffering from it for years and really struggled to get it under control until I started taking these. The spots have gone and the redness has reduced dramatically, my skin is smooth and looks the clearest itโs ever been and I achieved this in less than a month. Iโm so happy I found them and will be continuing to buy them!

suddenly am not convinced its not worth the price and its not consistant i wanted it to work more than it really did is it working?

Iโve only taken them a couple of days and the first day I felt light headed right after but didnโt make the connection. This morning I had them right after food and was sick.
One of the reviews here advises to take them before bed so will try that tomorrow otherwise canโt continue if they make me sick.
Not taken them long enough to see any results.

My son took these tablets for nearly two months and there was a marked improvement with the acne on his face. Unfortunately, he stopped taking them because he thought they upset his stomach.
