The bottle is sturdy and well sealed and the product is surely good value BUT the quantity of Biotin is so high that not only I can not recommend the product but some researches do consider this level quite dangerous particularly for a daily supplement.
Every tablet (that is also very difficult to cut) had 10 mg of Biotin. From NHS England:
– ย There’s not enough evidence to know what the effects might be of taking high daily doses of biotin supplements….. BUT: ย Taking 0.9mg or less a day of biotin in supplements is unlikely to cause any harm.
0.9!!! This one has 10 mg!
Other similar products on the market have a range generally from 2.5 to 4 mg of biotin but surely not many to such a high level to be potentially more harmful than beneficial.ย
