Service and Product second to none.
Firstly, I must write about the Customer service which has been amazing. I had to order two of these coats and both arrived two days after my orders during the Christmas and New Year periods…..Wow!! and all my e-mails were answered promptly and efficiently.
Now for the Coat itself. The coat is made from 79% Virgin Wool, 5% Cashmere and 20% Polyamide. It is surprising lightweight for such a long coat but very warm. The colour is a rich black not a faded shade and the material has a lovely soft feel. The lining is also of good quality material.
The style of the coat is fitted at the waist (not too tight) tapering to a slight flare to the base. It has a stitched panel on both sides with two deep pockets. At the back is a long open vent allowing the coat not to tighten when sitting down.
The coat is comfortable to wear with a dress or blouse or thin jumper. I cannot comment on wearing it with a thicker garment as I do not wear thick jumpers.

I was apprehensive about ordering a winter coat through Amazon. Weโre all used to going to a department store or shop weโre familiar with and trying it and getting a feel of it first, etc. I had searched high and low for an affordable, long wool coat that was fitted (and had a bit of an Edwardian vibe to it) but couldnโt find anything that really spoke to me. I spotted this and read the reviews so took a chance. It fits like it was made for me and even with gloves tucked into the pockets keeps such a lovely line that you would never know they were there. Well done, Busy Clothing. I will definitely be buying more from you in the future.

This coat is lovely. A beautiful cut, good quality and classy.
It falls just above my ankles which is what I wanted. I am a size 16 but ordered an 18 for extra jumpers if necessary, however because it is cut so well it doesn’t look like there’s an extra bit of room there. I am also quite impressed by the lining which looks stronger than the linings in most of the coats and jackets I have. The lining is often the first to go but this looks stronger – time will tell.
This coat was less expensive than my previous winter coat purchase but I actually think it is better quality. Absolutely delighted with this coat!

Amazing service and wonderful product.
I’m a size 14 to 16 and bought a 14. It was slightly too fitted on the bust so I contacted the seller to exchange. Their service has beaten any major department store I’ve dealt with. I had an email reply within hours. The size 16 was put aside for me. They emailed a replacement free-post label through within minutes of the request and changed the delivery address. The new size had already been dispatched before they had received my return and email communication was fantastic throughout.
I honestly cannot fault the service and would choose them over dealing with any major online shop. I have received the service you used to get from small, independent retailers, who valued their customers, but from total strangers online-amazing, thank-you.

Beautifully tailored look, and good quality material. I’m 5.4 and it is about three to four inches off of the ground which is great as I was looking for a winter maxi coat which can hide all kinds of horrors underneath! I needed to have the arms taken up (as with nearly all my jackets) and now it fits perfectly. I think it will be warm enough for London winters but may need an extra thin layer should it get properly cold. I suspect not the coat for someone who likes thick jumpers as it is a very fitted style. Very good value for money.

I cannot recommend this product or seller enough. They have wonderful and prompt customer service, amazingly fast delivery and sell an absolutely beautiful product! Do be aware when you order that this coat is sized large, so buy in your regular clothing size not a size up! I adore this coat and actually look forward to wearing it this winter!

I’d always wanted a long wool coat but they were always too expensive. . I’m now a size 6 to 8 top and at standing at quotes 5 foot ,weighing 54kg was a bit apprehensive about buying a long coat with the smallest size being a 10. . The sleeves come down to just below the top of my hands,with the coat sitting just at my ankles. ..When done up it was a wee bit big,but nothing moving the buttons on the back strap to pull it slightly tighter didn’t solve. .it now fits well.and looks fabulous on , almost a professional look!. .the material of the coat feels very soft to the touch with a thicker than normal lining. .as for warmth. . My heating wasn’t on in my flat and the coat made me feel cosy as it soon as it was done up. .
22nd February . . Wore coat today sadly for a funeral. .the weather was cold and miserable,but the coat kept me warm and dry .the rain beaded on the coat and brushed off. .It dried well and was even really soft to the touch. My brother said I looked very elegant in…
