Is very good DSLR for the price. Lighter than I thought. I wouldnโ€™t say itโ€™s for absolute beginners, you still need to know your aperture from your shutter speed. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ very quick delivery!

    Pros: Inexpensive for a DSLR
    Very easy to use
Wide variety of lenses available for it
    Shoots video in 1080p

Cons: very loud shutter (would not be suitable for quiet events)
    Plastic body feels cheap
NOT a professional level camera, even with a good lens.
No diopter adjustment wheel for the viewfinder

Overall, I gave this camera four stars but but I debated with giving it only three It is borderline. It produces good but not great results I am not a professional, but there are better cameras available for this level of photography, but not at this price. However, it IS a Canon, and I believe Canon is the best name in photography. But, in the end photography is only ad good as the photographer (and the lens), so very good results can be achieved . I bought this camera because I knew I would have to learn more and work harder to get good results and that will ultimately make me a better photographer. That has indeed turned out to be the case. So, until I am able to afford an upgrade,…

I’m not entirely sure the camera was hugely better than my Samsung Galaxy s9 but maybe I haven’t learnt to use it properly yet! Photos are good and I think it’s a good intro to using a DSLR potentially. I was very aware of the fact the zoom and image stabilisation weren’t what I was hoping for though, but I am comparing it to my partner’s much more expensive DSLRs which it will obviously not match up to.

I really like the fact that this is really lightweight. I feel less worried about hanging it round my neck etc and it’s easy to carry around.

One downside is the lens cap pops off really easily of its own accord.

Packaged very well and all intact. A light weight camera even with lens on. Easy to read menu with tips to help you when taking a photograph. I am no professional but I feel confident with this camera. Only time will tell as I only received it a week ago so I cannot comment on its abilities fully.

As a complete novice I was wary about buying a new camera without trying it first. I need not have worried as this is a fantastic camera with multiple fun functions. It took me about a week to understand and play with the different settings and I’m still learning but the camera is intuitive and takes fantastic pictures. I did have to purchase a zoom / macro lens to complete it s zoom o of the distance or close up pictures needed it. Overall even though it feels and sounds a bit cheap /plastic, it works really well and I would recommend to all.

After a long gap decided to reignite my interest in photography. I didnโ€™t want to spend huge sums. This is a great camera easy to get the hang of and I have gotten some great images. However the instructions were a bit sparse for a beginner and so I bought a more detailed manual on eBay for a fiver.

Easy to learn how to use – ideal for complete beginners. I had never used a DSLR previously but I found this quick and easy to use.
It’s not too heavy either, ideal for taking out and about. Super easy to take lovely photographs!
    Highly recommend.

Ok, when I first got this I thought I’d made a mistake. It seems a bit simple on first glance. After spending time with this camera and trying more advanced lenses I can now recommend it. The image quality is as good as my higher prices cameras and after a little playing about it can perform well for a more advanced photographer. It feels a little cheaper but it is a little cheaper.
