I have only had the printer for one week now but extremely impressed as it was a definite upgrade from my Canon PIXMA MP190 which died suddenly after 10 years of service. It was easy to set up, love that I can print wirelessly from any device, auto feeder makes my life so much easier and the print quality is very good. It may be a little slow to print documents but that’s not an important feature for me.

Every single time I wanted to scan or print anything using this device on Windows 10 I have had to delete and reinstall the software from scratch. Do not buy it unless 1) you don’t need a printer 2) you have lots of time and you’d like to waste it.

Overall good machine. Only got it 1 week so don’t know how much durable it is. I have to comment that the ink capacity is low. Printed like 100 pages and ink almost empty. I know 100 sounds a lot but it’s not. It’s like 20 professional university papers. So it costs me like 1£ each to print. Not very efficient.

Seems a big machine but the print s good and quite fast. Only drawback when setting up was the model no, Cannon did not recognise the no, good job Amazon put a small sticker on the front with the correct model no.
Scanning to computer is easy with this machine.
Would recommend.

Easy to set up prints quite clearly it connects by bluetooth and wirelessly
One note to make is that this model does not connect to Amazon’s alexa unlike some other models also it is a bit noisy when it is printing

Prints good pictures but uses a lot of ink when you come to buy new cartridges go for the XL bit more expensive but worth it in the long run oh and thier after sales support is good to

Cas –
Although it’s the most expensive printer I’ve bought, it’s undoubtedly the worst. When it’s working, the print quality is good and everything is fine. Unfortunately, it frequently forgets that it’s a wireless printer. It wastes a lot of my time persuading it that it really is a wireless printer. I have to set it up again as if I’d just taken it out of the box, which isn’t a quick process. At these times it also won’t print when connected to my laptop by a cable, so there are long periods of time during which I can’t print at all, which is incovenient. I’ve had it about six months and don’t use it very much, but it has stopped working twice in that time.
This is the second Canon printer I’ve had and it will be the last.
