Sick of printers not working or failing to connect or jamming paper. Been unreservedly used by my kids during lockdown and still working perfectly. Nice and compact too. If it breaks down on me soon, il update.

This printer is amazing. I had a Canon Pixma previously which cost about ยฃ80 and worked perfectly for 7 years, so it was without hesitation that I went for the same brand again. I decided to spend a bit more money this time, and this printer is worth every penny. It even turns itself on when you print to it, it extends the paper support tray itself and retracts it when you switch it off. The rear feed is great for printing cardboard and the print quality is superb, which is what you expect from Canon. This printer is amazing. Recommend this product very highly

Needed a printer for the whole family during lockdown so bought a Canon TS6350 on the basis of good reviews. The printer is fast and produces sharp output. So what is the problem? It transpires those nice and cheaper PGBK cartridges don’t even get used when printing black and white (or even draft black and white) when using the duplex function. It doesn’t even use the black BK cartridge – it cheerfully empties out your yellow/magenta/cyan cartridges to create composite black. It took a while to work out why all my colour ink was disappearing despite only printing black and white. It is utter madness, completely wasteful and something you cannot turn off. So… if you’re got one of these (or no doubt another Canon PIXMA printer) if you want to use the cheap PGBK ink you have to print single sided. I think this is pretty shameful to be honest and seems like a way to screw more ink purchases out of you – not good really is it Canon?

Very good printer. Installation took care of itself. Only downside -user interface is a bit cumbersome -just have to get used to it.

I was blown away by the first photo I printed on this!! I thought my previous (Canon) printer was good but this is amazing. Scans /Copies are also impressive and document printing quick and good.
Instructions for installation online and backed up with videos was good and I had no problems.
I’ve knocked off one star only because I don’t much like the control panel, the one on my old MG6350 was a lot better and I could initiate scans from the machine rather than the computer which no longer seems possible.
After a bad experience with one of Amazons sellers I finally ordered this more cheaply, but with a longer wait, from Amazon themselves and it has been well worth the wait.

A very good printer, easy to install and use but remember it is still a PRINTER and it does have its weird moods as they all do so be patient with it when using. Happy with it so far and the shape of it is a plus for me also.

I ended up getting a second one for my daughter.
The only downside is between print jobs the machine makes mechanical noise

To get a printer that is just a printer with no other bells and whistles is impossible, but I suppose that this one is acceptable even with the extras. I will be very unlikely to use them, I have a better scanner and copier, but the printer has already proved its worth. Not the fastest or quietist of beasts, but that is not a problem for me with time on my hands and not so good hearing, but so far it has produced excellent print offs. The next test will be when I start printing photos, both black and white and colour. The 5 ink cartridge system is one I like, often one colour/black one will empty before the rest, and to replace an individual one seems far more economic than replacing a single cartridge for all. The supplied cartridges are not the teeny tiny one drop of ink ones either, having lasted longer than expected. Hey, I think I like it.
