I purchased an EPSON printer about 6 years ago, which served me really well and often, however stopped working. I couldn’t buy another EPSON (all sold out at the time I wanted to purchase) so I went for Canon TS3350.

The price was more than double of my previous EPSON, however the quality of the printer itself, much poorer (used much cheaper materials). The printer makes quite a lot of noise while printing. I got constant issues to make it work with my work laptop (this was never an issue with the EPSON printer). The customer support is very helpful and friendly, just I don’t have time to call them over and over again.

The biggest disappointment came today, when I relized the A4 format envelopes don’t fit into the printer at all!
Well, for me – never a CANON printer again….

I followed the basic and unclear Wi-Fi set up instructions but the printer kept displaying an error message which on checking via the Canon website was indicative of connection problems-the advice from the Canon website ?? Spend hours waiting on the technical helpline. Sorry but I am not prepared to wait for technical advice to overcome connection problems on a brand new product. Returned for full refund.
I then purchased a similar, lower specification Canon printer for half the price and it connected and worked like a dream.

The paper stopped feeding into the printer, just over a month after purchasing. I was therefore not able to return it. it should have still been covered by the manufacturers warranty, but because it was sold through Dealmania UK Ltd on amazon marketplace, they did not honour this. I would have thought that because I bought it through amazon, I could at least return my faulty product for repair or replacement, but apparently not. To say I am disappointed is an understatement ๐Ÿ™

Needed a replacement for my old Canon MG5750 which gave up the ghost after 3 years use as a home printer. I did not want to pay out more than ยฃ100 for a replacement and this fitted the bill and my requirements. Easy to use and lightweight and easy to set up which was all done online. Print quality is good. Cons are its very cheap plastic outer shell and the LCD is small with limited function, if you want to do maintenance on the heads/jets etc you have to do that via the download manual. But they are minor problems and easy to get used to. It will be interesting to see how long it lasts.

If you have to use shared networks, beware, this printer did not connect wirelessly because it wouldn’t accept the 5g network – there’s nothing I can do about that as I live in student accommodation. I had to buy a separate USB cable to connect, even then it was slow. Not great for the money you pay for it.

A long time to set up, Canon start up sites has no information on this printer. went on the computer to find a site to download a driver for this printer . the printer would not print due to faulty ink cartridge supplied with printer.
As the saying goes you only get wot you pay for.

I loved this printer from the moment it printed its first page. Setup was a breeze. The included instructions show you how to remove the protective packing from inside the printer and install the ink cartridges. All very easy stuff, with clear diagrams and instructions. Once you have done that, the instructions direct you to the Canon website to continue setup.

Setting up the printer to work with your computer is very easy. Canon have a user friendly website that you go to and you just click the buttons and follow the on screen instructions. The setup software is automatic and takes about five minutes to download the required drivers and install them on your computer. The setup software works nicely with Windows 10 and after it had completed, my applications saw the new printer.

Print quality is good, even though it is just an inkjet and you can’t beat the added value of a builtin scanner and copier for only ยฃ68. Amazing value for money. I tried the copier on its black and white…
