Many hours spent looking for a laptop after returning the Fusion 5 laptop because the OneDrive didnโt work, i thought this laptop was it !!!! I liked the laptop and, the speed. The disappointing factor was, the charging point to the laptop kept slipping out of the port. I had this laptop for a few hours. Contacted Support who were really helpful and, through various conversations decided o should return the laptop. I really want to keep it and get another charger – Iโm returning it.

Bought this to replace my wife’s aging 2013 Macbook pro and we both have been blown away by it. The screen is so great and the battery life is good too! The sound is where this laptop starts to falls flat because it sounds worse than my phone speakers and I’m not even joking. You can get by with the speakers but they are the worst speakers I’ve ever heard on a laptop in my life. You will want some headphones if you’re wanting to watch any media but that said, Seems completely fine with video / voice chats.
Doesn’t feel like a cheap laptop and we have had no issues with it lagging or anything. Been used for a business laptop and handles all office tasks very well.
Not a fan of the keyboard cover they send with the unit to convert it to a UK keyboard but the wife has seemed to get used to it but still wish it come with a real UK keyboard.
Biggest issue we had was with windows 10. It was saying it wasn’t a legit copy!!! I emailed the support but they were very unhelpful so I ended up…

Bought 2 chuwi laptops and a tablet and all 3 chargers went bad within weeks. I have contacted Amazon and chuwi and there has been no replacement. Still looking for chargers that will fit. Horrible experience
