I was not sure before purchasing the Chuwi laptop, I have never heard of the name Chuwi before that made me think hard if I should buy go for it or not. The reviews I had read was kind mixed, but more we’re on the positive side. After I received the package I was surprised because I was expecting some messy packaging, but the presentation of the packaging were done very well and looked premium. The feel of the laptop is very nice, though you cannot open the lid with one hand like some expensive laptops, it still looks more expensive than it actually is. The laptop is very fast and responsive. My favourite thing about the laptop is the back lit keyboard, I had no idea before purchasing that it would have this functionality. I’m loving using this laptop, excellent value for money, you will not go wrong with this laptop.

Had this laptop 2 days and so far I am very impressed.
Has a little issue with the product key when activating Windows, so I emailed the customer services and within 2 minutes I had a reply and with 3 hours I had the new key. 5 stars for the customer service.
The laptop itself is very fast and responsive. Playing games no problem, OK not on the highest graphical details but still more then playable, smooth, no lag online and no gliching.
If you was thinking of getting this I say get it…. I am very happy with this item.

My primary reason for buying this was for the SSD memory as they are always faster loading and better for a travelling computer. My previous computer (HP Pavilion 8gb Ram 1Tb memory) was never as fast as this and was getting very temperamental after only 2 years of life.
I had to accept a few “Cons” with this computer, Firstly the limited memory capacity, secondly only one USB port, and thirdly no RJ45 connector. That said probably the average or student user would probably not require more memory or connections.
So to add to this computer i have also purchased a 1Tb SSD drive and a USB “C” fitting multi adaptor to accommodate my additional requirements.
Of course with these additions this makes the whole deal about another 125-00 gbp but its still cheaper that the equivalent 12Gb ram 1Tb SSD computer on the market. Most people may not require as much memory or extra ports.
Now I have a superb compact OTG computer which is very light and compact which i can just pick up and go.

I’m really impressed with this laptop and also the support service provided by CHUWI. The screen is absolutely amazing, it runs as fast as my 4 year old i7 dell lattitude with an ssd and 8gb ram. Sound is way better too. The laptop feels premium and has what i can only describe as a a petrol effect metal shell where you can see multiple colours at certain angles. Battery life is good, picks up wifi just as good as my dell and feels special when you are using it VS the dell that just feels boring. My only issue was that Windows would not activate. I emailed the vip customer care address and had a reply within 24hrs, the first fix didnt work so I emailed again and within 6 hours they replied and solved my issue. I honestly wasn’t expecting such a fast response and such friendly service. Super impressed. Absolute bargain.

this tiny thing really hits hard like some of i3 devices. i was surprised that it doesnt lag at all for my use. i am only useing it for youtube at minimum of 1440p at all times and it plays like its nothing. it handles 4k like a champ aswell. if you dont know, this is the same screen that you find in huawei laptops which are close to 1000 pounds. colours are proper acurate and brightness is more than enough for a proper lit room. oh man this screen is stunning. usb 3 is fast. it comes with normal charger but if u have a 12volt PD charger lying arround then you can even charge it with usb c.
for 350 pounds you getting 12gb ram 256 fast ssd and MOST IMPORTANTLY A STUNNING 1440p DISPLAY and if you still gonna nitpick (engage in fussy or pedantic fault-finding) then theres nothing that gonna please you mate…!

Be careful when buying this i got it and was enjoying it the battery died i put it on charge but the charger was faulty and i wasn’t able to charge it so please make sure that you have a spare charger for this because i just took 10 minutes on customer service to find out i had to contact them directly and they get back with me in 2 days but at least check your product before selling it out 🤬
