Had this laptop 2 days and so far I am very impressed.
Has a little issue with the product key when activating Windows, so I emailed the customer services and within 2 minutes I had a reply and with 3 hours I had the new key. 5 stars for the customer service.
The laptop itself is very fast and responsive. Playing games no problem, OK not on the highest graphical details but still more then playable, smooth, no lag online and no gliching.
If you was thinking of getting this I say get it…. I am very happy with this item.

Brilliant laptop for my daughters school work and video conferencing. Itโs light, the screen is bright(had to turn down the brightness), it turns on quick, the programs open up quick, screen bezel is thin, laptop body is thin. Screen size is 14in and resolution is QHD so everything looks that bit sharper compare to my works FHD screen. Itโs only a Celeron but adequate for schoolwork and for what we need it for and more importantly it does not get hot. The fan occasionally come on. Battery life is decent as it lasts for 6 hours before it needs a charge. The sound is not the best but clear and loud enough for meeting online.
Downside, is the silicon keyboard membrane covering the key but daughter doesnโt mind it.

ย this tiny thing really hits hard like some of i3 devices. i was surprised that it doesnt lag at all for my use. i am only useing it for youtube at minimum of 1440p at all times and it plays like its nothing. it handles 4k like a champ aswell. if you dont know, this is the same screen that you find in huawei laptops which are close to 1000 pounds. colours are proper acurate and brightness is more than enough for a proper lit room. oh man this screen is stunning. usb 3 is fast. it comes with normal charger but if u have a 12volt PD charger lying arround then you can even charge it with usb c.
for 350 pounds you getting 12gb ram 256 fast ssd and MOST IMPORTANTLY A STUNNING 1440p DISPLAY and if you still gonna nitpick (engage in fussy or pedantic fault-finding) then theres nothing that gonna please you mate…!

Absolutely amazing for its price! I only needed laptop for browsing/excel, and it does exactly that. Feels very well built, more like 800ยฃ laptop not 400. Great battery life, @ sign is positioned differently on the keyboard but not a problem. Screen is amazing as well, very sharp and large.

Positives
+ Lovely 1440p display. Colours are nice, viewing angles very good and the overall picture is very sharp, especially at it’s native setting. The bezel is pretty slim too which is always nice.
+ Backlit keyboard. Only has two brightness levels but does the job fine. There simply aren’t many, if any, laptops around this price point that have a backlit keyboard.
+ Powerful enough for everyday tasks. Google, YouTube, Netflix… All run fine on this machine. I was afraid that the processor might hold it back but it seems to do the job just fine.
+ Nice looking. Looks more expensive than it is.
Negatives
– Mushy keyboard. While the backlighting is a nice feature, the typing experience on it as average at best. It feels a bit cheap, but nothing too bad.
– Trackpad also leaves something to be desired. But I came from using a Razer 13 Stealth Laptop, which has an amazing trackpad, so for most people the one of this Chuwi will be more than acceptable.

I’m really impressed with this laptop and also the support service provided by CHUWI. The screen is absolutely amazing, it runs as fast as my 4 year old i7 dell lattitude with an ssd and 8gb ram. Sound is way better too. The laptop feels premium and has what i can only describe as a a petrol effect metal shell where you can see multiple colours at certain angles. Battery life is good, picks up wifi just as good as my dell and feels special when you are using it VS the dell that just feels boring. My only issue was that Windows would not activate. I emailed the vip customer care address and had a reply within 24hrs, the first fix didnt work so I emailed again and within 6 hours they replied and solved my issue. I honestly wasn’t expecting such a fast response and such friendly service. Super impressed. Absolute bargain.

For the price, this is the best value for money laptop, with 16GB of Ram, nothing else comes close, not a name I knew but hey who really cares with a two year warranty.
