I have been using hydrolysed collagen peptide products for general joint and skin maintenance, rather than to treat any specific problem. Hence I haven’t given a pain relief rating. There are a large number of brands currently on the market of which I’ve tried more than half a dozen now. Maybe a number of them are actually sourced from the same production lines and only differ in their packaging and branding. There doesn’t seem to be a vast degree of difference in the products or their amino acid profiles. The price certainly varies considerably but the consumer experience rather less so. The big brand American imports are expensive and not noticeably better than UK or European sourced collagen products. I guess you pay a premium for their research and the importation shipping costs. Although all brands make a point about being unflavoured or having a ‘neutral’ taste, its fair to say that they all do have that characteristic slightly stale bovine collagen taste to at least some…

This Hydrolysate powder is amazing. I used few different ones before but I’m impressed that this powder dissolved very quickly in my drink and does not have any taste. The most important thing for me, is that it’s made of natural ingredients without any chemicals. Very good result- my nails are stronger, my hair and skin healthier. Very good product.

I started taking collagen powder this year after finding out about its benefits to hair as had a, disaster over bleaching ruined my dark hair so now blonde but snapped and broken so badly had to have it cut. Tried a few but some said tasteless but were foul. This is pretty tasteless so fine mixed in juice and my hair is growing well and my nails are strong plus I run every day.. I’m naughty and don’t cool down or warm up so used to get bad knee or hip now nothing no pain in joints. Also this is a good quality collagen and the price is reasonable. So I will keep buying.. Maybe they should do a more environmentally friendly package instead of plastic tub. My only criticism. Fantastic though thank you for selling at a decent price. I hope it stays as this for a while 😊

I’ve been using this collagen for just over 2 weeks now and it has worked wonders for my hair and nails. My nails are really strong and have grown so much. I have added pics to show just how healthy my nails have become.
I’ve also noticed my hair has been alot healthier, not seeing lots of clumps after a shower or brushing my hair and has a nice healthy shine.
I took a chance with this and wasn’t sure how it wirk and if it would be horrible to drink but it’s not at all. It dissolves in nicely and doesn’t leave a horrible residue or aftertaste.
All in all I’m delighted.

And they refund me in full and sent me to new tubs from a new batch , and it’s perfect, I add it to my morning coffee, and there is no other taste only coffee, and I will continue to use it , my nails are so much stronger and my complexion is clear, I am 69 and I love this new batch they have sent me , so I have changed my star rating to reflect what a great seller these are and a good product ,

Very annoyed as only when I received this product at home and looked carefully at the label did I realise this product is halal and kosher certified. This means the cow has been killed without a stun, and this means unnecessary cruelty and pain.

Following recommendations of collagen peptides for assistance with severe joint pain, I first tried this product while it was on offer Aug 19. I was completely surprised at the taste – my morning coffee tasted no different. It easily dissolved without any clumps. After 4 weeks of taking it daily, it did help relieve some of the symptoms. However, I tried to purchase more but was saddened that it became unavailable on Amazon for a few months. So reluctantly, I had to find a replacement.
1st Replacement – purchased the product in a yellow/peach pouch @ £20 mark- the powder was finer and not as good as the WellGard one. Lower back pain returned with a vengeance as well as arthritic knee pain.
2nd Replacement – purchased the lilac product around the £17 mark. This one was OK but not as good as the WellGuard and left a slight ‘meaty’ taste to my coffee.
3rd Replacement – purchased a purple product in the larger tub (450g) priced at £13 mark – it had to be returned due to the quality. The…
