Ideal for the money. Arrived well packed and on time. All cables and external components were well labelled. There is very little by way of wear and tear on the machine. This is a good unit which has not so far experienced any issues. The speed is suitable for my homework needs as well as power thirsty games. I hope the spec will continue to meet needs for a few years. If I were to need another I would certainly be willing to purchase through this seller again – thanks for a good level of service.

I received the replacement you kindly sent me. But no matter what I do, it gives the error 651. I followed all the instructions to fix the error but the problem still exists. Other devices get connected, so there shouldn’t be any problem. I would like to return the item please. It’s just stressing me out. So sorry. I bought renewed items from Amazon and never encountered such problem.

The monitor has started turning itself off after being on for an hour or two and now the PC has started losing things after it has been turned off. Will not be buying from them again.

On a whole I am pretty happy with this product. I donโt use it for gaming but using it for streaming my PS4 to twitch.
Itโs not as powerful as I was hoping but still streams smoothly enough. Canโt really go wrong for the price and arrived in 2 days.
Happy with the quality of all of the items. When I did turn it on it had pink screen but it was just a case of switching a faulty wire and I was lucky enough to have plenty of spare wires at work!

There are so many scratches in the device, as if it has been used for many years..

I ordered the PC and it was delivered within 2 days.
However it was broke.
I contacted the seller, they arranged a call back from a technician (they called back next day I missed the call, called back instantly no answer)
I called later on in the day they arranged a call back at a time I asked for.
I took out the ram put it back in like they asked, it didn’t resolve the problem.
They arranged an exchange 2 days later (granted if I spoke to them earlier it may have been next day but I can’t fault them for that)
It would be easy to be negative but it’s a referb so you take a risk, and they resolved my issue promptly as they could.
Specs wise ect. The machine runs fast and does what I need it to do.

If you are looking for value for money this must be your best bet. I am using my PC for office work, not gaming.
One of the RAM cards arrived loose, easily fixed and customer service was on the ball.
