It’s a very fine white powder, almost like flour and is completely tasteless. It does come with a 5g scoop included and bag is easily sealed.
I’m on the first week on taking creating and I’m going down the loading phase taking between 15g and 20g daily at 5g intervals, I’m doing this over 7 days then after loading period going to 5g daily.
I’m weight training 3 days per week and already feel the effects, I can lift heavier and push out more reps than before, over time this will benefit me greatly.
Will definitely buy again, plus you can claim a free one.

– This is an enormous amount of Creatine, it takes about a month of daily use to start working and making a noticeable difference, but generally if you’re new to lifting you’d not really be able to visually see a change like that as easy as if you were a few years into it before taking the powder for a few months

Creatine is one of the few supplements that I find without a doubt effective. It’s also one of the few supplements that has a vast body of scientific evidence to support all the claims. If you haven’t tried creatine yet I recommend it, and it’s cheap too!

I ordered this ‘seven months supply of creatine’ but noticed after a few weeks of consumption that the expiry date was only two months after purchase. It’s good stuff, best quality micronised creatine I’ve ever used, but the expiry date means it essentially costs three times as much because I can only use a third of it before I have to throw it away. If you order this, check the expiry date on the back before opening and if the expiry date is less than seven months in the future, send it back (unless you’re sharing the bag with a few other people).

Itโs perfect. It desolves quickly, lasts longer, and is cheaper than other products. Itโs also flavourless so you can mix it with anything, I tried it in water and orange juice and I canโt taste it. Itโs amazing.
