Used as an external boot drive Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6.
The Mac Mini with an internal HDD was getting slow.
Putting the system on to the External drive doubled the speed

Very high speed. Well made. Sturdy build

Getting a bit hot, but works fine on my XBox Series S, trouble free to install

Great little SSD fast compact and great quality. Make sure if plugging into front USB panel no other devices are attached otherwise you might get slowed access speeds.

Straight out of the box a Blackmagic speed test gives read and write speeds of around 900mbs, perfectly acceptable if slower than advertised, I copied 150gb of photos which set off at speed but after 10 mins the drive got very hot and slowed down incredibly, that I canceled it. I then attached my 1tb LaCie ssd (£140 on Amazon) and copied the photos to each of the drives at the same time, The LaCie copied in around 8 mins, this Crucial drive was still copying after 25 mins!!!!
Very disappointed in it.
It works and is fine for copying in small doses, but for proper jobs, buy the LaCie drive.
