Delivered on time had all it needed to start up and go. The SSD is so fast the machine is loaded up and redy to go only 15second after pressing the start button. Awesomely Good !! The only extra I needed was a 1tb USB drive for all my photos and data and the 250mb SSd could not hold it all.
Very pleased with the machine, would recommend it.

Can never be 100% positive with a refurbished PC but this one has been excellent. Arrived in strong secure packaging and was up and running in minutes. Windows 10 and the AV package wanted a series of updates to bring them up to date. Installed all more software without a problem.
It has been running a month and the only hiccup I had was that I lost the sound totally (this came after yet another Windows 10 update). After checking everything out I decided that it must be the drivers for the realtek hd audio manager. Went to the manufacturers site and downloaded updated drivers and the sound was back.
Would I buy another one – Yes definitely

Started working OK. Then the problem started. Could not get in to it to boot at all . Just not doing anything. Sorry I would like to return it if I can. Replacement or refund please. Thanks Salah O’Mara.

System arrived with issues, wasn’t able to connect the HDMI cable to the graphic card, had to open the whole machine and align the metal to fit the cable, easy for me obviously but would be a nightmare for an old auntie with no idea how to detach the components. other than that machine is ok and good shape.

Bit pricey for ยฃ112 but 8Gig RAM with Win Pro though, ok worth a punt.
Got the machine…not s fresh install old legacy apps left on the machine. Went CMD netstat -5 run some switches and saw ports open and close.
Not happy…contacted the seller gave me some guff about downloading installation disc. โ like do I want to be doing thatโ โI just want a clean machineโ a machine I can trust.
Cut a long story short this ainโt a clean machine…itโs slow and noisy and the wireless adapter it came with keeps dropping out.
I saw some code run in a black box and got me , well thatโs s vomprused machine.
All I have had is problems with it.
So I ยฃ112 down…and ยฃ40 down in my office licence but I tell you now…donโt buy from these guys…save yourself the trouble ..by a new machine or simply buy elsewhere.
It just is not worth the trouble.

I thought I’d give a refurbished model a try because it came with a guarentee … except I’ve had problems with what i think is the hard drive from the beginning (it keeps going to a blue screen of death and turning off) so i did what the instructions that came with the computer told me to do and contacted the seller directly (LEVEL3COMPUTER); i got one email back asking could i install a new harddrive if they sent one, so i responded and said whilst i couldn’t myself i could probably find someone to help me, but then no further email communincation despite several more chases. The supposed Amazon Refurbished complaint/contact button also does not appear in my order history so i got a bit stuck and haven’t ever been able to ever get this working properly and just end up swearing at it a lot ๐

Doubt I’ll ever buy a new computer again.
Silent as the grave, quick as a wink (although I didn’t buy it for gaming, nor is it sold as such),
and at the ยฃ/โฌ I paid for it, cheap as chips. Runs Photoshop like greased lightening and MS Office 2007 effortlessly; equally so for surfing.
Full marks to the ITBoys.
