Decent product does not download anything get SITE CANNOT BE REACHED sorted this by changing DNS setting on network sharing all now good very fast i did pay express delivery took 4 days instead of 2 hence 4 star Good Machine

Disgusted with the service from this ramshackle mob. PC first came broken with the cd drive unseated so had to send back. Thne get the item back 2 weeks later and after working for 4-6 weeks it develops a corrupt hardware error and they are refusing to refund despite all the issues. DO NOT USE AS TOTAL COWBOYS

This unit arrived well packaged & on first look seemed ok , however within 2 days it started “cutting out” & so had to be returned & replaced . As the unit was faulty its hard to judge how good it was , however the replacement unit ( a different model but still a Dell ) the seller sent me has so far proved good & the customer service I received has been excellent .

I have used this company before and when I need a new tower I automatically came to this company. The tower I received wasn’t performing correctly. I sent an email and had a reply and solution sorted very quickly. I was sent a replacement tower and the other one was picked up at the same time, so no charges for me.
I plugged in the replacement and straight away I could see this one was good. It is quick, responsive and took no time for me to be up and running. I use a PC in my home office and it is for office work rather than gaming, or streaming videos, although the odd film is watched. It performs brilliantly and it is ideal for what I need.
I am impressed with the rapid response of the company and also the condition of my replacement tower. This is a company I trust and I would highly recommend them and also the tower.

This company is highly ethical and their service is second to none. Our foster son managed to ‘blow up’ the PC by switching the voltage switch. PC sent back for diagnosis and subsequent repair. It was all done very swiftly and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this company.

Excellent value for a basic home PC system. These are refurbished ex-business models and so are much sturdier and better made than a basic home PC. Specification does not sound great on paper but for basic internet use and home-office applications it performs extremely well. Unless you’re planning to use it for demanding graphics applications like video editing or game play then it is more than adequate for the job.
Be aware that the ‘wifi enabled’ version is exactly the same model pc but with a nano-USB wifi adapter thrown in the box ( they sell on Amazon for ยฃ5.99 ) .. I must admit I was expecting an internal wifi card but misread the description.

I’ve purchased 3 of these 780s from IT Buffs in recent years, they’re dependable work-horse machines for basic office functions – email, web-browsing, word processing etc and for the price you get a decent package and a Win 10 license. This latest one had a 2.8GHz 2-core processor, larger-than-specificied (& brand new) 250Gb HD, 4Gb RAM, a DVD RW drive, wireless dongle – everything you need for the average home user. No HDMI socket, but a Displayport provides digital video output and the VGA supports full HD and is crisp & clear – just make sure that your monitor/TV has one of those inputs, or obtain a Displayport to HDMI lead, and note that you’ll need to connect the audio separately as displayport & VGA are video only. Delivered swiftly by courier swathed in ample bubble-wrap in a sturdy box with a new mains lead enclosed. So far so good.
