Tastes revolting! Doesn’t dissolve well so lumpy and honestly tastes vile. Couldn’t continue drinking it to notice any difference to my skin/hair etc. Really disappointing.

Easy to drink. A bit bitty, but I don’t mind that! I didn’t take it every day, so can’t comment on my face! But it certainly made me feel amazing after drinking. A real pick me up! So I imagine it would do you a lot of good! Tastes good compared to what I thought it might be.
