Using this on sky fibre absolutely fine, and the 4g fail over works a charm. But beware of buying this for more advanced features. I was disappointed to find that although multiple vlans are supported, only 2 user defined subnets are available. Also note that this will not work with NordVPN as the password field is limited to 15 characters and NordVPNs service account password (which is enforced now) is 24 characters. I contacted Draytek support and the only answer they had was to buy the model up for double the price to get this feature. Not great. (Please note that I’m not saying that nordvpn is blocked or anything. If you have the app on a device, it will work. It just isn’t supported at router level to pipe all network traffic). Another annoyance was that URL filtering does not work out of the box. You need to activate a trial licence to get this going, presumably to purchase once the trial period is up. But Like I say, good device – just make sure you do your homework first to…

Rock solid 4g router thatโs running on the network three. Always connected, worth the money. Plenty of settings to fiddle with too. They have thought of everything. We just need a 5g model now!
