From ‘switch on’ the software insists on ‘browning’ when I wish to select ‘fish’ Understanding the thing is beyond me and a quick way to insanity! Enquiries to ‘help line’ non- existent. I guess Amazon will refuse ths comment!

Had high expectations, but after reading user manual and recipe book thoroughly i quickly became disillusioned. The Advert shows various ways and things to cook but in reality you can not cook somethings and are given NO information on how to cook from frozen, which is shown in the advert. Far from convinced by it

I have been cooking with this everyday for a couple of months now. As a qualified nutritional advisor I can recommend this product. In particular for oats, beans, grains, and pasta cooking. The information booklet is somewhat limited from the supplier. However, other people interested in this type of cooking have plentiful amounts of cook books to help inspire with weights, and measures. My health has dramatically improved by using this method of cooking. This size will suit 2-3 people per meal.

I find my pkp (pressure king pro) easy to use. The instruction book is very basic but everything you need to know is there for you to begin cooking. The internet, YouTube, Google and even Facebook has lots more information that you will need as you progress from the few recipes which came in the box. While the pkp 3 is the perfect size for me as a single person there are no accessories but it hadn’t stopped be from creating meals in minutes. Larger machines have trivet that allow you to cook more than I thing as a time I.e. potatoes and vegetables. I do think the manufacturer should make a suitable sized trivet for the 3 litre machine. What should be remembered though; the cooking time is taken from when the machine reaches pressure and not from the time the lid goes on and things like the 4 minute beef are misleading.

The first 1-2x I used this it was fine but then the pot seemed to reach pressure, and never started the countdown. Kind of a mess if you are cooking anything time sensitive. Also I don’t care for the pre programmed buttons, and there was no way to do the settings myself, again reduces versatility, poor cooking for anything time sensitive.

I have used this pressure cooker twice only and I’m very disappointed with the quality, design and speed. First thing when it came it looked different than on the picture. Then I realized its different model than on the main photography. Secondly I was confused how to clean the lid because there is a strange wheel which holds the rubber seal and must be taken out each time I clean it. Its very annoying hard to fit the rubber back on and secondly its made of raw (uncoated) aluminium which I try to avoid as usage of aluminum cookware is linked to development of dementia later in life. Next annoying thing is the brownish function. It cannot be adjusted. Its preset for 3 minutes and after three minutes it must be canceled and turned on again. It took me quite while to realize how to turn it on again while my oil was getting cold again. In this point I started thinking about return already. However it cooked some urad dal and vegetable soup quite well but next day I decided try the…

I disliked the fact that i took the cooker rounnd to my friend as it was a present and i left it with her until i could show her how to use it.i have the 5 litre one that i got from amazon and have never had any trouble withy it. we tried to cook some vegetables for soup and it was less than half full. it seemed ok until it came to cook and although the pressure was building up and up andup it did not show the minute countdown aqnd just stayed on 20 minutes until we got scared and unplugged it. Im sorryt but it is useless and I will be returning it to you to get either one that works or my money back Peter gee

I liked the thought of this and was excited to try it. Its versatile in what you can cook and there’s lots of recipes online and in the recipe book that comes with it. I also like the browning and slow cooker option, allowing you to use just the one pot for everything. I’m rating it so low because even to cook a 12 minute rice it can take over 30 minutes to gain enough pressure to start the cooking countdown making it hard to coordinate cooking times.
